ordered online to have my drink made, my drink was made wrong. Not a big deal it happens, I asked if they could remake it or even just take out the strawberry pieces. Then it was full all the way to the bottom with ice. If I wanted extra ice it would’ve been ordered that way. Now I paid $7 for two sips and a bunch of ice.. as they remade mine I watched a few drinks being made with way more ice than usual so beware when ordering here..

Order pick up seems to be a challenge for this location. They just can’t get it right, if ordering here and given a pick up time, call ahead to ensure they processed your order. They did not process our order until we went and asked for it, beats the purpose of ordering ahead to pick up. Had to sit there and wait another 10 minutes.

I love Starbucks. I pass a Starbucks no matter the direction I leave from my house in the morning. It's easier to order ahead and pick it up on the way to work for breakfast. The staff are nice and take pride in keeping the restaurant clean with a warm atmosphere. I was surprised one morning when I was greeted by my name. It definitely told me I visit it enough for staff to know me.Vegetarian options: Plenty for non meaters to select from the menu. A few menue items for strict vegetarians too. The plant based sausage is really good.Dietary restrictions: Even diet restriction foods are really tasty.Parking: Plenty of free parking. In the morning, people park to pick up and go.Kid-friendliness: The drink temperature is less hot, and many kid friendly menu items.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility.
The slowest Starbucks in Fredericksburg. Honestly, I am surprised that they are still open. Even when there is noone there, it takes 20 to 30 min for one order. The enployees look flustered and afraid, and they almost always get my order wrong. That was my last time going to this location.

My wife and I are wondering why the Starbucks in the Fredericksburg area are so rude. I asked for a white chocolate macadamia cold brew and the person taking our order was rude with telling us that it is a seasonal item. I asked why it was still on the menu and both the person taking my order and their manager raised their voices and responded in a rude and defensive manner. It's not our fault that they did not update their menu. It takes 5 minutes to update their menu and I doubt that they just ran out of this seasonal item a minute before we pulled up.
