Plenty of seating and parking. Service was swift and efficient. The food was good, of course prices are high these days so that's always con, but I appreciated the atmosphere and service I received. Good stuff, I'd come back if I was in the area, and had a gift card.

I went through the drive thru this morning to redeem my birthday drink that was emailed to me on Thursday. It said to redeem only on 3/24 which is the day after my birthday. But I foolishly followed the directions and did not go on my birthday and instead went on 3/24. I never received any coupon to my app for the drink but figured they could fix it when I got there. They ended telling me I could not get the free drink if it was not my actual birthday and that the app must have glitched. They gave me zero resolution to the problem that was not my fault. I came to this location all the time but their lack of helpfulness in this situation has resolved me to not return.

Every time I come here everyone is so nice. As a food service worker myself, I know it can be hard to stay friendly in food service nowadays because it’s a very stressful work environment. But these guys are always great! And the coffee is always awesome! I got a lavender latte and it was perfect. I’d give 10 stars if I could! <3

I don't often post reviews, but unfortunately this location is not being run appropriately. I realize it was a holiday, and they were out of everything and short staffed, but putting all of the drive-thru customers before those inside and with mobile orders is not acceptable. We were traveling from SC to WV with two dogs, and ordering with the mobile app is usually a plus. However, when the app tells you 5-8 minutes and it was nearly 30 minutes while watching all of the drive-thru orders take priority, that is ridiculous and unacceptable. Additionally, one of our drinks was wrong. Next time, we will continue to the new Starbucks in Bealton.

Consistently slow. Slowest in the area by far. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this is the third time I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a drink from this location when it’s not busy at all. Doesn’t matter if it’s just iced espresso shots, tea, or hot chocolate. They make the drinks entirely out of order and take 10+ minutes between drinks in the same order. Mobile ordering is redundant here because you will still wait half an hour and receive multiple parts of your order at different times. Not to mention, there’s a 1 in 5 chance your order will be filled incorrectly and you’ll have to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to fix it. Service is friendly, but there is no hustle at all. Lots of people standing around behind the bar while drinks aren’t being made. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or something else. It wasn’t always like this, but recently it’s become unbearable.

I visited this location for the first time today to meet a friend for coffee. Very convenient location off of 17. This location was very clean, neat, and organized. The staff there were super friendly and accommodating to us. I ended up going with a venti Caramel Frappuccino and it was made perfectly! We had a very pleasant experience at this location and I certainly will be back. I definitely recommend this location for sure!

Hannah was so helpful! We stop at this Starbucks when we are traveling home to Pennsylvania. My oldest daughter has an issue with the her rewards and Hannah was so kind and helpful. This location is always clean and the drinks are always on point.
