“My wife and I are regulars at this location and I can honestly say the staff is as good as it gets; all super friendly, remembering our names & orders, and just generally doing a great job even when things get hectic. Have never had a bad experience! Hats off to the crew at 9629!“
“Sweet ladies at this location very accommodating. I'm not usually a starbucks girlie but decided today I was going to be one. I got the chai tea with match green tea and with oat milk... my goodness!! I loved this mix very much. 100% ordering again“
“I've been coming to this Starbucks to do school-work, etc. for about three years on and off and every time i've been the staff is always so kind and the timeliness is always great! I've never had any issues with my order and the one time I tried something new and didn't love it, they were very accommodating and made me a new drink for free! Rachel has always been so welcoming when I come in and I overall love the atmosphere, service, and the drinks at this location!“
“Jose, Bruce, and Monica went above and beyond! They whipped up a fantastic caramel apple spice for me, even though they were short on supplies. Their dedication and extra love in making my drink made my day! Thank you for the exceptional service and delicious drink. You guys are amazing!“
“I love Starbucks. I pass a Starbucks no matter the direction I leave from my house in the morning. It's easier to order ahead and pick it up on the way to work for breakfast. The staff are nice and take pride in keeping the restaurant clean with a warm atmosphere. I was surprised one morning when I was greeted by my name. It definitely told me I visit it enough for staff to know me.Vegetarian options: Plenty for non meaters to select from the menu. A few menue items for strict vegetarians too. The plant based sausage is really good.Dietary restrictions: Even diet restriction foods are really tasty.Parking: Plenty of free parking. In the morning, people park to pick up and go.Kid-friendliness: The drink temperature is less hot, and many kid friendly menu items.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility.“
“Staff is often friendly despite how busy it can get, and my orders have often been consistent which is always a nice plus. This store is very busy and loud so not ideal for study or writing.Parking: S.all parking lot and drive thru makes some parking spots difficult to get in and outWheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk ramps“
“1st visit to this establishment and great experience. My Hunny and I stopped here for caffeinated fun. I ordered a Black Tea Lemonade, and my Hunny ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. We were both pleased. I would definitely stop in again when nearby.“
“the food and atmosphere was good and relaxing. would recommend to all traveler's. a lot of folks doing the app for pre order and pick up. really clean too. easy to get in and out and has drive thru if needed. staff paid attention to walk-ins. sometimes that can be an issue.“
“Plenty of seating and parking. Service was swift and efficient. The food was good, of course prices are high these days so that's always con, but I appreciated the atmosphere and service I received. Good stuff, I'd come back if I was in the area, and had a gift card.“
“Whether we are on the way to clean gutters or coming back from a gutter guard installation we love stopping at Starbucks for a quick pick me up. The great service and caffeine gives us the energy we need for a full day of work. Now with a new location right down the street from our office it will be impossible to stay “
“OMG! After driving three hours today, I made a pit stop to one of my favorite places for a caffeine fix, STARBUCKS! I wasn't familiar with the area and had no idea I would find one of the friendliest Starbucks I had ever visited!! We were greeted by multiple staff and the young man behind the register immediately made it a point to get to know us beyond just taking our orders. He was personable and a great sense of humor! We teasingly gave him a bit of a hard time over some seasonal goodies that were on sale. We grabbed a table and sat a few minutes enjoying our coffee and conversation, occasionally giving a shout out to that young man as we continued to tease him, which he took in stride and he would take the opportunity to ask us additional questions about ourselves, our trip, family, Christmas plans etc. What caught me off guard was the completely unprompted act of kindness that the young man surprised me with before we left!! Andy, THANK YOU for that gift of kindness that you showed! You'll probably never realize how much it meant to me. "It's the little things in life" that matters most!!! I'll never forget you and you are unofficially one of my adopted children. Thank you for putting a smile on this old grandma's heart today! MERRY CHRISTMAS!“
