Associate was quite rude with my mother. He acted so inconvenienced by her order and mocked her. Also, my sub had tons of red onion skins in it. Veggies are coarsely chopped, no care is taken into prep clearly. This location used to have employees that cared about their customers, so it's a shame to see that no longer be the case.

TLDR: Don't go to the Subway at Harrison Crossing. Go to the one on Leavells, by Rita's.I'm sick of giving people 20 dollars for inedible trash. I don't wanna sound like one of those people, but I'm at my wits end. I'm posting this on both restaurants to get the message to a wider audience. I'm on the war path, people. I'M ON THE WAR PATH! Here's how the situation will play out if you choose to go to the one on Harrison: you will order on the app, because you don't want to wait 30 minutes for someone to emerge from the filthy kitchen to take your order in person.If you're lucky, when you arrive to pick up your order, they'll at least tell you that they didn't have anything you ordered in stock, and that they have given you something else entirely. Most of the time they'll just do that and not say anything.What you do get is somehow both burnt to a crisp and ice cold simultaneously. Their bread is days old and whatever they give you won't be worth a fraction of what you spent on the food you actually ordered.Fuck whoever is running that place, and I apologize to the minimum wage employees who are forced to work in that Hell mouth and serve such icy-hot garbage.The one on Leavells always has everything, their cookies are warm and melty, the food comes out perfectly, (or cooked at least) and they make your stuff quicker. Take the extra second and go out there. It's worth it.

Our office works right across the street so it’s very convenient for us. The past two days we’ve gone in there and we’ve been told, “sorry can’t serve you, we have errands to run.” It’s unprofessional especially right at 1 for lunch.

Despite an ad on local radio , advertising a free 6-inch sub with any 12-inch ordered on a Friday at the 11105 Leavells Road Fredericksburg, VA, location , I was told by employee , he was not aware of any such promotion and I would have to pay full price. This was totally unacceptable. False advertising!

I made an online order at noon and tried to get a steal egg and cheese flatbread. The website didn’t give me any issues with online ordering but when I go to pick up my order, the associate on duty tells she can’t make it because they don’t have egg. Egg is not something we are having a supply chain issue with so I don’t understand why it happened. The employee was rude and seemed lazy which is probably the real reason I couldn't get my food. I’m never coming back to this location, absolutely horrid customer service.

This is by far the cleanest subway I’ve seen. The food was beyond amazing and tasted phenomenal. Isaac is the man. This will be the only subway we come to in the area.
