This sub is literally all bread. I paid 11 dollars for a turkey sub add pepperoni and there's little to no meat on it. What a ripoff!

Went yesterday and had a wonderful conversation with the new owner. What stood out the most was the cleanliness. Everything was fresh and care was taking in making my sandwich just the way I like it. So happy for the new ownership and all the changes!

In late September 2023, after having not been to a 'Subway' for many months, we went to this one in Harrison mall and ordered a foot-long tuna sub. The sub was fresh and tasty and was well worth the money! The establishment was very clean and well-lighted. Highly recommended!

We went on Sunday night just before 8 pm (17 September 2023) and although the hours advertised on the door clearly state a 9 pm closing time, everything was dark, closed and definitely not open for service. Not the first time this happened. This time, I took a picture with internal time stamp for proof. The store (when it bothers to open during business hours) also do not accept Subway coupons. When asked why, the employees said they have been instructed by the owner.Strange ways to do business.

The new owner is wonderful. There are many poor reviews from 1+ years ago but the current state of this restaurant is clean, has fresh food, and employees who are generous with the meat and cheese on sandwiches. Good customer service too.

TLDR: Don't go to the Subway at Harrison Crossing. Go to the one on Leavells, by Rita's. I'm sick of giving them 20 dollars for inedible trash. I don't wanna sound like one of those people, but I'm at my wits end. Here's how the situation will play out if you choose to go to the one on Harrison: you will order on the app, because you don't want to wait 30 minutes for someone to emerge from the filthy kitchen to take your order in person. If you're lucky, when you arrive to pick up your order, they'll at least tell you that they didn't have anything you ordered in stock, and that they have given you something else entirely. Most of the time they'll just do that and not say anything. What you do get is somehow both burnt to a crisp and ice cold simultaneously. Their bread is days old and whatever they give you won't be worth a fraction of what you spent on the food you actually ordered.Fuck whoever is running that place, and I apologize to the minimum wage employees who are forced to work in that Hell mouth and serve such icy-hot garbage. The one on Leavells always has everything, their cookies are warm and melty, the food comes out perfectly, (or cooked at least) and they make your stuff quicker. Take the extra second and go out there. It's worth it.

We had a wonderful experience tonight. Keith was exceptional in helping us with an upcoming party order. I also purchased subs for dinner tonight. Everyone was professional, the sandwiches were fresh and our entire family enjoyed cookies for dessert.

This Subway location, in my opinion is the best around. Olivia made my sandwich to perfection. She understands the assignment when it comes to asking for extra mayo. She did it just right!

Slow service and very limited, only ONE female working, didn't have bread. (Was told it'd be "over an hour wait, it takes a long time") settled for a salad, No croutons or forks. I understand Virginia was Ill prepared for the snow but CLOSE your store down for crying out loud. A sandwich shop with no bread is pointless. It just shows these franchises don't care, will open with over 50 percent of your menu unavailable. Also watched 10 people leave out disgruntled after the server told them no bread. Dropped the ball big time today.

Terrible service and rude male employee didn’t get his name. Order on mobile app for four subs. They messed them all up. Whether it was missing ingredients or wrong ingredients on the sub. My steak and cheeses were all cold barely toasted. VERY SKIMPY With MEAT and CHEESE.

I came here a few nights ago the staff was pleasantly welcoming. I wasn't sure what I wanted so they made a suggestion, and boy It did not disappoint! also the lobby was very clean which I loved.

Great service, feel sometimes under-staffed during prime hours though.

Store was closed 30 minutes early, door was locked and open sign turned off. Ridiculous a business would close 30 minutes early. Went in at 8:30 when store closes at 9!
