I waited 20mins for my order after placing it online 45mins prior to pickup time to save the hassle of waiting. I am usually patient and have no issue waiting. Other online orders were being made with no one waiting and the lady said my order hasn't even been started. the way the lady in glasses was speaking to me after I nicely asked to cancel my order as I was in a time crunch and couldn't wait any longer is ridiculous "you can't just wait". If the order had already been made I wouldn't cancel it at all.The audacity of the employee to completely ignore me when we were speaking and turn to assist another customer is just crazy. She needs to learn some manners and how to properly communicate and fix her makeup while she's at it.

First of all I go in there at 3:15 in the afternoon and they only have enough meatballs to do one sub. I tell them I want to do the buy 1 get 1 free with the bottle drink. I was told it had to be done online so I stood there and did my order and it kicked me out. So I ended up paying $18 for 2 subs. The girl at the counter said oh it can only be done online even though the advertisement says either online or scan your card at the restaurant. This is why I am done with Subway this is the second time this has happened to me in the last month. The woman at the Cosner Corner does not go by the actual companies coupons.

Awful experience with the lady who works there on Sundays. She ignored us and left us waiting because she was ON THE PHONE in the back. She then came up front and starting yelling at us asking us what we wanted. I told her that was not a way to greet her customers and she continued to ignore us and then hurried us to order. She Said she was not getting off the phone. She was extremely rude! We decided to leave and I said I'd call her manager. She said she did not care and continued yelling. Will not be coming here again!

Mold was on the tomatoes and they were still serving customers. Very terrible experience! Health is #1 and that worried me.

I was in subway today when a really old man came in and asked for the buy one get one half off sub. He said he saw it on tv, the lady told him he needs to have the coupon and he couldn’t have the deal!! Do better subway!! We should be taking care of our senior citizens not telling them “no you need the coupon”

Worst subway location. We normally go to the breezewood location but I had to go to Petsmart. All four of our sandwiches where horrible made. My husbands steak and cheese sub was missing peppers and had like two pieces of onion and hardly no meat. The others sandwiches had hardly any toppings on them. Definitely won’t be going back to that location.
