Food is good but the service was terrible. I’m not the type to complain but I wanted to get some ice cream and later I got thirsty so I went to get a drink and no staff was there so I waited a while the I said hello and no one answered and I was probably waiting for 15 minutes for someone come up to the front and they never came so I just left.

Our service was absolutely wonderful today! The gentleman working on 1/13/24 around 4pm was so friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to get fresh toppings for my child that has a peanut allergy. My family and I enjoyed our frozen yogurt, then played a game of tic-tac-toe at our table with a Valentine’s Day themed set. My kids loved answering the question on the wall with chalk. On our way out, we got pup cups for our 4 puppies, to which he paid special attention to not give us the peanut butter flavored one due to our child with the allergy. Thank you so much for making our Saturday afternoon so enjoyable at your location.Dietary restrictions: We got fresh toppings and the gentleman changed his gloves for us. I love that the allergens are listed above each option/flavor.Kid-friendliness: I love the chalkboard wall with question and the tic-tac-toe at our table.

My kids love Sweet Frog! The frozen yogurt is amazing, and they have a bunch of toppings to choose from. Between the yogurt and the toppings, you can craft pretty much any flavor you want. The pricing is done by weight, but they are always running deals, and they have a rewards program. If you get too excited, you can easily load up your cup to a hefty price. This doesn't bother me because I love supporting Christian-owned businesses. They always have modern christian music playing and the staff is super friendly. The decorative bright colors are a draw for children and makes for a fun and exciting experience for the kiddos. And for those that don't know- The FROG in Sweet Frog stands for Fully Rely On God! AMEN to that!

I love froyo, but I need it with fresh fruit. I have gone back to this location several times over the past couple months but they no longer have fruit!?! I don’t get it. When I asked about it, their excuse was that the fruit was not in season. Hogwash I say! I am a dedicated fruit eater, I know when berries are in season. You’re not fooling me Sweet Frog worker. I am boycotting this establishment until they bring fruit back. You’d think they would give you options you want considering you pay by weight.
