I have been comming to this location with my kids for years. It used to be a weekly occasion but it seems over the past year the quality and selection has suffered greatly.The staff is polite but the topping selection has been cut in half and is no longer providing fresh options. Only one type of popping bubbles, no Cake peices, hot fudge and Caramel is no longer offered. At best if the selection is limited lower the price, improve service or find other options. We have been to this location 3 times this year and it seems more empty and neglected each time we come. I do not know if it is new ownership or neglect but we will not likely return and find other family desert options like Coldstone or other like places. I am very dissapointed because of how great this place used to be.Kid-friendliness: Good for kids

Went in to get my desert. After I have filled my cup and got to the toppings. I found they were already starting to clean house as closing was 40 min away. When asked if they had the toppings they said they were put away for the night. And that wet with the hot toppings at the end like the peanut butter and hot fudge. Worse experience ever and will find another place to go.

This place has gone steadily downhll for a couple of years. They used to be dispensers for hot fudge and caramel. Those disappeared and were replaced by plastic bottles of syrup. One of the yogurt dispenser has been removed, and the space is used to store cups. The last time I was there, two dispensers were empty. Simple things like chopped peanuts are sporadically not available. One young lady is particularly nice and helpful, but, by and large, the staff is not very helpful.

Do not come here they have roaches and they are bad , they have been there since June of last year and they still haven’t fixed the problem . Customers had to kill one for another customer while I was there . Just nastyyyy !!!

It has been 5 days since my husband bit down on glass in his frozen yogurt that we picked up from this location. Nobody has returned our calls to the store or to corporate — absolutely terrible customer service and truly dangerous!!

Machines are always broken and not many flavors. Some of the people who work here don’t seem understand how the rewards work and told me I couldn’t use my $5 max reward cause the ice cream wasn’t over $5. ??♀️
A cashier in Fredericksburg 1211 was so rude it took her 10mins to come out from the back after calling for someone to ring me up. I went there Wednesday 10/18/2023 around 3:25pm she was the only cashier there. She looks like she doesn’t want to be there very nasty attitude. This is the second time she’s had an attitude with me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time but it seems like it her personality. I take my kids there every Wednesday and never experience from any of the other cashiers

Great Sweet Frog location. Many topping options, everything was kept stocked and clean. They even had 3 different dole whip flavors, which are dairy free. Employees were friendly, and things were moving smoothly even though they were quite busy
