Great place with great food. I’ve come here for several years now and have never been disappointed. The food is AMAZING! The workers are so skilled in what they do, and are so passionate. They’re so kind and patient with helping you decide what to get. We got a few cupcakes and cheesecake slices, as well as a coffee. I’m not a fan of cake by any means, but the cupcake was top tier and even I had to admit that I really liked it. The cheesecake slices were Unbelievable! Would entirely recommend. Will definitely be going back to get more of the carrot cake cheesecake! I got a tiramisu iced latte with my order and it was a little meh. The flavoring wasn’t mixed throughout the entire drink so the flavor went away in a few sips leaving just milk taste for the rest of the drink. Our purchase was a little pricey, but I understand the price since the food is of such high quality. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to pick up a dessert or a sweet snack!Dietary restrictions: Had great options to accommodate a wide range of allergies and diet restrictions.

Im writing this review because of the owner. The reviews seem all good but some people did not agree with how good everything was. I personally saw the cupcakes and thought they did not look very pleasing. After reading a couple reviews the owner had said that just because people didnt like the way they looked or tasted, they were bots or trolls. The owner very rude to many people in these reviews, even taking it as far as saying that people shouldn't be leaving these reviews because it is "cake for goodness sake!". She also goes to say that leaving the bad reviews shouldnt be on the "reviews" page because it brings down "small businesses". Unfortunately that is one of the downs of being a business. Also, you are not all that small anymore. You have been open 5-7 years meaning you are not a small and struggling business as you have many locations. The owner is also VERY pushy in responding to reviews. Many I had read were the owner trying to push people to change their 1 star review or pushing people to tell her why they got a 3 star review. I understand being upset with 1 star, but 3 is really pushing it. The owner also takes peoples insight, especially on the reviews on rude employees, and talks bad about them. Saying things like "we only hire polite employees and keep polite employees." When most of the reviews I saw said multiple times, "rude employees". So obviously the owner is wrong because if it was one or two, I wouldn't believe it but if its the majority of people, Im going to believe the majority of people. In conclusion, the owner takes reviews way too personally and may need to check on other employees to be sure they are not being rude to customers.
Great customer service! I asked for a sweet cold foam coffee, and they didn't sell it, but the lady said she would try to make it for me, and she did it! It was great, and so were the cupcakes!

I love this place. I have a favorite cupcake here that I absolutely love! I won’t disclose the flavor because I don’t want it sold out when I go to get it. I’ve had their cookies also, which are very good. They have this insane ice cream dessert, my favorite was milk and cookies. It had ice cream, a half of cupcake, cream cheese frosting, an Oreo and whipped cream…..Baby! Nothing considered speciality as another reviewer stated. But their classics are quality!!!

I work next to sweet reasons and I come in mostly every shift for a coffee, water, cupcake etc. The staff are amazing and so friendly, every time I come the girls always have a friendly smile. All of the people I work with, enjoy coming as well. The coffee and desserts are phenomenal!
