Careless employees, per usual. How hard is it to read a screen and follow what the customer said they wanted on their food? Why are you guys even open if you don't care to do anything right?? Also, you probably shouldn't let people pay for Nacho Fries when you don't even have the seasoning for them!! ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️

Business was empty, ordered for my granddaughter who was very excited to be there, she received her order I then recorded another beverage from the kiosk 15 minutes later I had to explain and reexplain I was waiting for the beverage I ordered, I received it after the several wait staff checked the order screen....
Whoever was working tonight deserves a raise. Packed house and drive through. I know they were moving fast in there but the food was the highest quality we've ever gotten from this location and all items were correct. Great job tonight!

if I could give zero stars I would. I received my food ice cold, cheese not melted or anything. meat tasted old. stale and soggy shells. I do not recommend this location!!

Finally, a new person making the tacos and burritos who actually filled them up to at least look like what they advertise. I hope he is there next time. I'm tired of paying full price for a half filled taco and burrito. And I spend $30 + every time. I need to bring my own scale and verify.
Waited 5 minutes before we could order at box, there weren’t even cars in front of us anymore.Girl working brought us wrong food to our car & then got mad at us when we brought it back in saying it was the wrong thing. She then ran her mouth to everyone in the kitchen because she “asked us if we got the deluxe box” & “we said yes”Which we did, but I guess another car also got something similar to us! Either way we just wanted the right order. Got home & it was missing items still. 30 dollars wasted & girly needs to relax. Food service is not fun I’ve done it but when you’re wrong you’re wrong don’t blame the customer. Just apologize fix it and move on it’s easyIt’s Taco Bell we don’t expect 5 star service but you don’t need to be so angry at others for your own mistakes :)

Order veg pizza not only one time all time we get beef we make sure before we orderStill get beef all time when you had 1 time it is happening that I understand but not again and againAnd the manager say it’s ok I will fix again and ignore me that I did say something to him .For me it is very rude I just go there for my exchange he should apologize for that but any way very bad customer service
