Trelawny was the star of the show during resident appreciation night at the Instrata Pentagon City, VA with their Food Truck. Partner had the Curry Chicken, and I had the Jerk Chicken. Both had red beans/rice and fried plantains. Flavorful, Filling and Fresh. Perfectly cooked all the way around. See you in Fredericksburg next time.

My husband brought the food home so i cant speak on the service but I can say it was quick. The food is so good and flavorful. The spice was just right not too spicy. I had the jerk pork and curry chicken combo plate. So good.

I ate a small jerk chicken from the food truck. First, the customer service was great. When the food came out, it was brought into the brewery to me, which was nice. ? So, the food was just delicious. I generally don't like having meat on the bone because it can be messy getting the meat off. But this meat was tender and easily came off the bone. It was flavorful and had just the right amount of spiciness. And I loved the cabbage... And considered ordering a second side of it. But I was happily full after my meal and didn't need more food. The rice and peas... Wow, never had this kind of rice and was happy I chose it. I really loved this meal!

Recently I purchased a large order of your oxtails,curry goat, and jerk chicken on three separate occasions. Each time the food was bland and the oxtails were overbooked.. Trying to figure out if you guys are just using salt to flavor the food.

Sometimes you just gotta treat yourself, yes I deserve it. Especially during my birth month(30th)! Escovich fried snapper was crisp on outside & juicy & flavorful throughout...Excellent!?It's cooked to order well worth the wait! I told chef I'll certainly be back! Great food. We got the goat curry, oxtail, chicken curry and jerk chicken. For the sides we got white rice, rice and beans, and vegetables. Everything was amazing and incredibly flavorful.
