Not bad however, getting drinks from the bar was slow. They need more help.

Had the Nashville Chicken sandwich. Wasn’t good at all. The chicken was cooked so long it was a like a chicken Doritos chip between buns. We ordered three and all of ours were the same. Terrible.

Showed up on a non busy day, 2 to 3 tables with people at them and the waitress shows up after a few minutes waiting and says it'll be a 5 to 10 minute wait so the kitchen can catch up, 3 tables max and they are to busy? Lmao

Our waitress was stellar. She was pleasant and attentive; she confirmed ingredients because of my allergies. The manager was loud, being heard from the kitchen speaking orders and direction that was audible in the dining room. The bartender abandoned the bar several times leaving NO ONE in the dining rooms while she ate in the kitchen (visibly observed). Lastly she yelled from the bar to patrons at two tables about their dining needs. I would order take out l, but not dine in again.

Pros: mashed potatoes were good, server was friendly, fries were decent.Cons: broccoli cheddar soup was split and both my wife and I found it borderline inedible, grilled chicken with ancho sauce was dry chicken with a unappetizingly bright fluorescent sauce, broccoli is supposed to have some sort of garlic sauce but just tasted like plain steamed broccoli, side salads are meh, kids meal spaghetti had bad marinara, salsa for the chips/salsa tastes like really cheap watery storebought stuff, bathrooms were disgusting, and service was disorganized. The server did comp us for the soup at least.I don't often go to these types of chain fast casual restaurants, but Cracker Barrel is orders of magnitude better.

Food was bad, service was terrible, nothing good about this place. The level of rudness from the host was surprising. After an overall bad experience, my server was M.I.A, I asked the host for the check,, he ignored me when I asked him again he said. "I hear you the first time!" And kept walking. This place

Came here for dinner on a Monday evening with a friend. After being seated at the table it took at least 10 minutes before our waitress greeted us. She was very unwelcoming. The table behind us arrived after we did yet their friendly waitress took their order way before our waitress bothered too. The food was mediocre, fries were luke warm while the shrimp were hot. She mentioned someone knocked over my initial plate so it had to be remade. I ordered a cocktail that never arrived and she never checked in to see if we needed anything. The table behind us was offered Apple Pay, which we were not, so we asked for that option. She handed us the machine and watched as we had to figure out how to navigate through the prompts. I’m unsure if she was having a bad day or was upset about having to serve two Black customers as a White woman but either way it was completely unacceptable. That was my first time at that Friday’s location and I would never return or recommend.

My daughter and I went in for a cheeseburger and chicken wings yesterday afternoon around 3 pm.I mentioned to my daughter it tasted weird and only ate 3 bites and told my daughter my tummy was just feeling weird so i didnt think i could finish, then then showed me the inside of her wings that did not look fully cooked so i advised she should not finish. We left and I didn't even make it to the stop light before I got out throwing up from food poison or just bad hamburger meat. I ended up stopping several times throwing up along the road and still sick a day later. I called the restaurant and advised what was happening as I'm driving home extremely sick warning them not to serve anymore of that meat so someone else doesn't go through the same horrible ordeal. The polite thing to do would have been to offer my money back since I spent $70 but the manager only stated she will check on it and what else would she want me to do? Really??? No empathy or anything and she quickly got off the phone. This was my first and last time at this chain. Our waiter was very awesome and very polite So he was the only good person I can say something nice about. My daughter ordered a sangria and she had 3 sips since the glass was filled to the rim with ice so I assumed they are saving money on alcohol. While we were eating they turned the music up so loud that my daughter and i couldn't even speak to each other without screaming. Is this a night club or a family restaurant? I know things happen but if you know that meat maybe expired or has sat out to long please throw it away and don't just cook it knowing someone will spend hours throwing it back up or worse having to go to a hospital to have it pumped out. Train the person who is cooking to know what the inside temperature of food should be. The manager should have reached back out to make sure I am alright, she never even asked for my phone number or name, and I am not alright and she should have offered to credit my card back for at least the sandwich and uncooked chicken. People just don't care about other people like they used too! Please beware of this restaurant.

My mother and I went to dinner this past weekend and were served spoiled and undercooked food. She ordered the whiskey glazed burger and I ordered boneless wings. After only a few bites my mom told me that it tasted weird and didn't eat any more, and when I cut into the chicken wings I saw that most pieces were undercooked. Before we left, we also noticed ants crawling on the table on the side we weren't sitting at. Not even 10 minutes after we left we had to pull over because she got sick (we hadn't even made it halfway through Central Park). We live almost an hour away from the restaurant, so we had to stop multiple times before getting home because she was so ill. We called the restaurant and alerted them that the meat for the hamburger might be spoiled and to check it, and the manager said she'd alert the staff but otherwise gave off the impression she didn't really care and just wanted to get off the phone. It was a terrible experience and my mom is still sick from the food poisoning. If you go to this restaurant, I would highly recommend you thoroughly check the food before consuming it.

Just got off work 11:30 came in for some drinks and food cause they are open till 1am. The bartender said I could only order food to go I asked why because I wanted food and drinks and they close at 1 she said she was closing the bar early. She then asked if I wanted a drink I said no I haven’t eaten anything I need to eat if I am going to have a drink. As I waited for my food 6 more people came into the bar all wanting food or drinks. I think it is ridiculous that coming in almost two hours before closing I can’t sit at the bar and eat my food and drinks. I have worked in plenty of chain restaurants they not closing early if they have a full bar of customers. So I guess that’s not enough to get served. Manager walking around not caring about anything either! Definitely don’t recommend this place!

If I could do negative stars I wouldWe went to the location for my birthday dinner. The place was empty. Two people in the bar and a party of ten was in the restaurant. They told us it would be a 15 minute wait. I asked why since the restaurant was empty and servers were closed n their phone’s sitting down. They told me the kitchen staff was not able to keep up with the service since they had a party of 10. I have 7 when we go out. I am sorry that my immediate family is 7. We were asked to you want to stay or leave. They would not take my name so we left. This is the fredericksburg location in Central Park VA

Paco was our waiter and I ordered Fridays Signature Whiskey-Glazed Sliders (Beef burgers, Signature Whiskey-Glaze, cheddar, spicy mayo made with Tabasco® Chipotle Pepper Sauce & seasoned fries.). You have a choice of 1 to 4 sliders, I would recommend this choice, very filling, and the Barbados Rum Punch. #chefskissKid-friendliness: They have different booth seating options and a kids menu.Parking: Parking is located at the front and side of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking at the front with a dip in the sidewalk for easy access.
