I really think the employees of this store are so great. This is the second time I've been to this store, for very different things. I purchased my thanksgiving ham from here with a bunch of sides and they all went over super well. The ham was amazing, customer service was amazing, and it was all really well organized. I decided to go back yesterday to order a sandwich as I was in the shopping center for something else. The employee who helped me was so kind. I didn't even have to say I didn't know what I was doing lol She immediately showed me the sandwich menu and when I felt overwhelmed, I asked her what her favourite sandwich was. She told me it was the one with the crispy onions on it and pickles. She mentioned the pickles were a bit spicy and I was super intrigued! She made the sandwhich super quickly and I took it to go, as I'm not going to lie - I'm a in the car eater kind of gal.It was so good! I had a good chuckle over the pickle, it was not spicy at all but the sandwich did have a great tiny kick from the honey mustard.Also, she was right - the crispy onions were great.

If you've never had a honey-baked ham then I'm sorry but you're really missing out. No grocery store or other wannabe brand comes very close. Their boneless hams are amazing and their side dishes and rum cakes are absolutely delicious. Try the cinnamon streusel rum cake for bonus points... It will blow your socks off!

The purpose of doing things online is for expedience. Having to wait for one of the most popular items because it’s not made is ridiculous! Also, Being harassed about where you stand in the store is also ridiculous, considering the size of the store. This is usually my go to place, but I think I will probably look for another location next year.

$72 ham for small gathering at Thanksgiving and was so disappointed in how rubbery this ham was. I prepaid, so I did not have to stand in that long line Wednesday morning, and I was greeted by a very hospitable staff but I probably won’t return as it wasn’t worth the price.

Not in Fredericksburg very often but I always stop for lunch at Honey Baked when I am in town. Food is great! Staff is very friendly, as are the owners. Stop in and give them your business, you will not be disappointed.

For the Holidays, I have purchased a ham from Honey Baked ham, for at least 20 years, either shipped to me or picked up in the store. I chose to pick up the ham this year. The ham had more fat than I was accustomed to from the first slice and the further I cut into the ham even more fat. I was so disappointed as the cost of the ham did not equate to the quality of the ham I've had for many years. Considering trying another source for the ham next year.

Great place for a quality, healthy sandwich for lunch with some great sides. I love the ham salad, but today I got their pulled pork BBQ (limited time). I only stop by when I’m in the area, but they never disappoint.

Not too often do you walk into a place that makes you feel good. Not just a simple hello or "welcome to (insert scripted restaurant)" but a place that just make you want to linger. My first experience here will not be my last. Everything from the amazing smell to the cleanliness was welcoming but to add the person interaction of the staff made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. One that cared about my day and how I was actually doing today. I've always associated HBH with holidays and family gatherings. Now I see it as a place I will go when I want to feel better. I can't explain in words the warmth I felt from my visit today and can't wait to return.

I never knew this establishment served lunch but they for sure do and it's great!! Reasonably priced for large, full sandwiches. A great alternative to the regular, greasy fast-food when you're tired of that but are still eating out.
