Almost choked on a piece of wax paper that an employee forgot to remove from the turkey before cooking it. Unacceptable!! I’ve attempted to contact the store but still no response.

They always have our order ready with a smile when we arrive! There is always Great customer service and make each visit wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend NOT using their app to place a delivery order. As you know, they use DoorDash as their delivery option. If the driver did not deliver half of your order and refuses to pick it up YOU will have to pick up those remaining items even after YOU paid for the delivery. The store will NOT refund the items nor will fix the issue! And, good luck finding a resolution through DoorDash.I will NOT be placing another delivery order with them!

Caelie and Colleen make a great team. I have been purchasing smoothies daily for my daughter and they always have my order ready with a smile. They have also been helpful in suggesting add-ins that might provide more protein which we need. Great customer service here and the food is delicious.

Just went tonight. Picked up three smoothies and four sandwiches. Love the fake meat option. Everything was perfect and the establishment was clean. Best of all, the staff was so nice! I love friendly people. ? give it a chance. I’m glad we went.

Personally saw them mess up 4 orders in a row while I waited 30 minutes for my food that was also the wrong order. This isn't the first occasion they've gotten my food wrong either. Ordered a hummus veggie wrap and got a chicken wrap, not great to be a vegetarian and bite into chicken.

I have only had the smoothies from here. Always ready promptly and correct. I generally order in advance in the app but the inside is always clean and employees are friendly. I suggest the app (really online since the app transfers to the site) to order ahead. They will have it ready when you get there.I usually get the Island Green or Detox and add energy. Thanks for the free add in on the app!

Went there today to grab a smoothie and an All American wrap. I was surprised how fast they made the wrap. When I got home the smoothie tasted like straight up ice and the eggs was not cooked thoroughly looking very watery and the cheese was not melted at all. Now I know why they did it so fast they didn't make it correctly.
I came in today and this lovely young lady was here alone and beyond swamped. She continued to stay positive and not break under all the stress of running this store by herself. The phone was ringing off the hook with orders, several customers constantly coming in plus online orders. The management here needs to step up and make sure they are properly staffed. One person on a Sunday morning is unacceptable and not fair to the employee. I felt the need to post this review as this young lady deserves a huge shout out and thank you from her management.

I end up eating here because it was in between my travels, but the crew working was very friendly. I got the j*** chicken wrap, and a sunrise sunset smoothie. Food came out fast too.

Last three trips I have picked up my curbside order. The place is empty of customers, and I have had them mess up my order. Staff just sitting around on their phones, and yet they can’t take the time to properly read the order I have place.

Buffalo chicken wrap was pretty good but not super filling. Family's meal added up a lot more than I thought it was worth. Only bottled soda and they aren't even 20 oz. Staff was nice.
