Honestly, this place disappoints me more often than not. It's sad because I really love Wendy's food, and so does my family. I am always missing stuff from my order. This particular time I was missing an entire order for one of my kids.They gave us the people in front of us's order. They made the people in front of us pull up, I guess so they could serve us, but then they ended up doing the same thing with us, although there wasn't anyone else in the drive thru behind us. They guy basically just threw me the order, and was like "here!" Then his coworker was like "no what are you doing?! That's not theirs" I quickly gave it back. Then I saw him take it to the people in front of us. Then they had us do the same thing, and they forgot to give us all of our order. I had to drive back around.This place is constantly on the struggle bus and needs to get it together.The food is always pretty good, but the service is terrible.

I keep trying to relive the 1st days of Wendy's in the 80's but not happening.. food has been good before but it's ramdom.. basically the burger was ruined with too much ketchup and a sloppy handling experience. The burger was barely warm, undercooked and fries were cold and old which is a far cry from when they were boasting their hot fries which WERE good and WERE nicely seasoned. Overall the experience keeps lacking and I may just give up!..

If I could give 0 stars I would, my husband just picked up food tonight, he ordered a burger and some chicken nuggets, the food only took like 2 mins or less to come out, the burger and nuggets were both undercooked.
We stopped in after Christmas shopping. It had been awhile since I'd been there. The burger was good, loved the fries (not greasy). I got the peppermint Frosty. It tasted good but I was disappointed that it did not have any peppermint pieces in it. The restaurant was very clean.

I got one of the simplest things on the menu, cheese fries. When I tell you the cheese wasn’t even melted and it was just STRAIGHT SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE. It didn’t even come with the other cheddar cheese sauce on it that’s shown as advertised. Don’t know how you can mess up that bad on something simple.

Zero customers in the establishment with the exception of me. Place was dirty, floors disgusting, stuff allOver the counter by the drinks and dang near every employee was just hanging out in their phones. Nobody said good morning when I walked in or greeted me once at the register. Food was under cooked and Luke warm. I don’t know who is the manager there, but maybe you should do your job homie. Seems like “dirty” people s a constant theme for this particular location in the reviews
