Good food with lots of options. Plenty of gluten free options too which is nice. I really enjoy their salads but wish they had better dressing options (seed oil free). Overall still very good though, just bring your own dressing.

I went into McAlister's Deli with a friend. We both chose their PICK 2 menu option. I chose their 1/2 King Club and 1/2 Chef Salad, no dressing. The girl taking the order was pleasant, efficient, and explained the process after placing orders. And WOW! For $12 + change, I instantly had 2 meals because they were both large 1/2 portions (my opinion). I thoroughly enjoyed both the sandwich (while in the restaurant) and later, the salad. I've been looking for a place to get a nice salad that's not boring and actually has a decent amount of 'food items' included, that's also not just a bowl of iceberg lettuce. I FOUND IT. I was very impressed. It wasn't just iceberg, or just romaine, or just spinach. It was better! Go check it out. My friend ordered a 1/2 Ruben and Broccoli & Cheese soup. She also enjoyed her meal. On the plate, my meal looked huge compared to hers. I ordered the 'jetheo' size 1/2 sandwich for a dollar more. She was able to finish hers. I wasn't. They have to-go boxes in the public area for customers to take leftovers, when needed. The restaurant was bright and clean. There's plenty of seating and I didn't see any dirty tables. Their staff definitely stays on top of cleanliness in the eating area. The fellow we met was a sweetheart! My thanks to the people preparing my food - it was beautiful and tasty. To the owners - BRAVO! I'll be back ...Dietary restrictions: This restaurant has food that will likely please people who are on the ketogenic diet, diabetic meal plans, vegetarians, probably vegans, and the standard American diet. Choose wisely.Parking: I went to McAlister's for lunch on a Thursday. There was plenty of parking in the lot. This restaurant has a huge McAlister's Deli sign above the doors (the restaurant is easy to find and so is your vehicle). It's in a small row of businesses, close to the center. I can vouch for the Mexican restaurant to the far left of McAllister's too.

Decent service restaurant not very clean in the front n a bunch of kids playing around was very annoying but lunch was good when we finally did get it. Given it three stars do to the horseplay and the fact it took thirty mins to receive two cold sandwiches n two bowls of soup.

It's a good place to get a sandwich. They are not always consistent with food quality in terms of preparation of the food. There seems to be a high staff turnover. We order takeout from here about twice a month. Check your order before you leave. They have forgotten our sides, although recently they have gotten better at remembering to check the side orders.

We have been to several locations from Louisiana, Mississippi, to Virginia, and this one is terrible. I hope it was due to it being a Sunday. However, the case I would have better customer service at a self checkout.

Hit and miss with this place. We have been here when the food is good and we have been here when they tell us they don't have potatoes (a main menu item! ) or service is nonexistent.

The food is good but the customer service is terrible, I order food Togo a lot and always add a pickle and I never get it, they also never give me straws or any utensils for my soup. They need to slow down and actually read the order!!

This was our first AND LAST time we will stop here for a bite to eat. My fiancé and I bother order sandwich's, when we got home we were both sick and painful stomach pains from this food.
