If you are thinking about working there, don't. The boss will not pay you after 10:00, and you are not allowed to eat or use the restroom. You will not have any breaks, and they will make you do their job while they sit around and play on their phones at full volume. They can't even make a sandwich. I've had many people tell me how bad they were and how mean they were to them. Not only that, but they tried to scam someone for a footlong flatbread, and it was a six-inch sub, and they blamed it on me. They said I messed them up, and they made everyone stop what we were doing to tell us that the guy was trying to scam them. There were three people in line waiting, and before that, she was on the phone. They do not treat their employees nicely at all. Many people have quit because of them, and they have so many bugs there; they have cockroaches too.

Employees are really nice and they listen to your food orders and they even went in freezer to get me veggie patty and egg patty, whereas many places they just say they dont have it any more. The food is also fresh.

Not very Happy going there today and probably won't ever go back, there was an employee there very obvious that she is not feeling well (SICK)!!!! She keeps coughing into her arm and then turning her head to cough behind the counter where the food is, sneezing, and what did it for us was when she blew her nose didn't wash her hands put on a clean glove, before you say it well at least she put clean gloves, when she blew her nose the tissue was placed in both hands right, you still following me remember these hands just held a snotty tissue she then reaches up to grab the new gloves with the hands she just blew her nose with without washing her hands, then went right back to making sandwiches. That is GROSS why make everyone else sick she should have been wearing a mask, coughing, and sneezing and blowing your nose behind the counter over the ingredients that are going on your sandwiches. I don't know about you but with Christmas right around the corner we really don't want to be sick that's why the 30.00 plus dollars sandwiches went into the trash!! So hey no not a good experience!!!

Very rude, unapologetic staff, not to mention I was denied access because of my service animal. I will be going to the subway across town just so I don’t have to go here. Not to mention I was with someone who ordered my sandwich and I stepped away for a moment and they tried to throw my sub in the trash without even asking about it.

The food is good but they do not accept any promotion from the app. Everywhere else around front Royal does. But the 2 in front Royal do not.

I placed a take out order online and the pick up went fine but when we opened the subs at home both subs ordered were incorrect in some way. I ordered a BMT and a Steak & Cheese both on Italian bread which I confirmed by the receipt taped to the bag. What I got was a Steak & Cheese and a Meatball sub on some kind of cheesy bread. At least the toppings were correct. I don’t usually order ahead and guess I’ll have to go back to ordering in the store. Hmmmm
