Been here a few times over the last few months and my order is wrong every time in someway. The employees keep their AirPods in when customers come in and don’t listen to the order. They usually just throw 3 ingredients in the sandwich, wrap it before you can see what it actually is and then that’s it.

I am convinced that when you order online they play rock paper scissors about what they are going to actually put on your sandwich. The only consistent aspect of this location is disappointment I am bound to feel when I get home and unwrap my sandwich. The Veggie NEEDS oil and vinager as well as jimmy peppers. To leave them off is criminal. Please do better. Please. Stop hurting me.

I make my orders through the app so they can make my sandwich exactly the way I want it. But this is the second time they've messed up my order, so I can't chalk it up to a random mistake. There's no way to say "no mayo" on a sandwich that doesn't ordinarily come with it in the app, and someone there apparently thinks mayo goes on everything, and they're very generous with it.This store is closer to me than another one, and the prices are even slightly cheaper here, but since I can't rely on them to get my order correct, I will just go to the other one.

The sandwich is normal chain food Jimmy John's. Not good, but it won't make you sick. This location seems to be one of the few places in 2023 with too many employees. Most were sitting idle, joking around, & unafraid to swear profanities in front of customers with young children. Unprofessional environment.

I live walking distance from this location and I've used the "freaky fast delivery" maybe 4-5 times. Each time is 1 hour plus of waiting. I call and they never answer and when they do I'm put on hold and then no one picks up again. Today specifically it's been an hour and I've been on hold twice and haven't spoke to anyone. I had to call the 1800 number to request a refund for food I'll likely never get. Save yourself some time and avoid this location

Overall, the sandwiches were good. The service was good. There was a slight miscommunication. I didn’t want mayonnaise on my veggie sandwich. They forget to do what I requested. But, I just told them not to make another sandwich for me to avoid waste. The sandwiches were good and filling. It was about $20 for a regular Turkey sandwich and small veggie sandwich meal deal. I am not use to spending $20 for fast food for two people, because I rarely eat fast food sandwiches unless the group or person I am with prefers or selects fast food. Was it worth it? Yes. The best part is you get reward points and a free regular sandwich purchase on you your next visit if you join their free rewards membership and download their app. I would order more vegetables on my veggie sandwich yet the small sandwich filled me up alone as my only meal for that day.

Update to reflect that they *allegedly* no longer offer a military discount.All staff here are kind and polite, but service can be very hit or miss depending on management’s ability to manage work flow. I see the same employees perform at grossly different levels of speed and efficiency depending on who they are taking direction from. This can also affect the price of your food, as they never code my order the same way twice.

I had to repeat myself 4 times in order to get a sandwich made, and even then they were more worried about their Spotify playlist not playing and didn't even make me the correct sandwich. I payed 2.50 for avocado for maybe a couple cents worth of avocado. Never coming back.
