We had a great experience tonight at this BJ’s. They sat our party of 14 quickly. Our server was very good and the food was delicious.I gave the Atmosphere 4 starts because the women’s restroom was messy and two stalls aren’t working making for a long line.

Food was expensive for the size received. I had heard great things and was not all that impressed at all. Dishes were dirty as well as the bathroom. I would not go back for another meal probably!! $100 for three people and it was just burgers and chicken. I could have made all the food at home better tasting and much cheaper.

Great place to eat ?. They have a very diverse menu for both kids and adults. I really enjoyed their chicken tortilla soup, and BBQ ribs. The kids have tried most of the children menu .

It was a very good experience. I joined the wait list 5 minutes before arriving and the waiting time was 40 minutes but when we got there they called us withing two minutes. The server Ezra was very attent and provided an excellent service. The food was great and more than enough. Overall I would say 4.7 out of 5. The only drawback for me was that the table was small but I'm a big guy so it is not necessarily their fault, LOL.

Always a good experience at BJ's restaurant. From getting on the wait-list to immediately being seated. From great service by our server to the great food. Wait time for service and food was good. Overall experience was awesome. Always love the many options on the menu. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants.

I was there a few days ago and was disappointed. I ordered the chicken club sandwich. Service was good (for the most part). The chicken club sandwich tasted artificial and "chemically". I had 2 bites and mentioned something to our waiter and he said "oh, that's too bad, sorry about that". Foolishly I assumed he would get a manager or a different dish, but no luck. We finished our meal (or I should say, I watched my family finish theirs) and the waiter came with the check. I asked to speak to a manager and he said "let me see if I can find the manager". Quite a few minutes went by and no waiter and no manager. The rest of my family enjoyed their food, but I paid for, but didn't eat a meal. I was hoping to mention it to the manager. I know things happen sometimes, no big deal, but no manager and a disengaged waiter. I didn't think this company had that kind of internal business culture, but I guess I was wrong. Should have gone to Firebirds or somewhere else that strives for excellence.

Our waiter, Drew, was the best waiter I have ever had, anywhere! He was polite, personable, and very attentive to our needs without “hovering”. I hope we fortunate enough to have him as our waiter on our next visit.Kid-friendliness: Our 2-year-old granddaughter was treated like a princess!

Our waiter was nice, food was decent. We had a party of 40, they brought the food in a timely manner; however there was a big mix up towards the end. The receipts were not accurate which resulted in over charges on my card. We're still trying to get a hold of the manager to get our money back. Communication has been a challenge.

Visited after a basketball tournament. Food was ok. Drinks were not good. Desserts were really good. Server was inattentive and forgetful. We still like the chain and will keep going. Maybe just not to this one.
