We go to the Gainesville, VA location all the time and it's always been great except the last two times. We were shorted food and had to go back. This last time an employee was complaining about everything under the sun. And about asking for extra pickles which we did. All the sandwiches were labeled wrong. If you aren't happy find another job!
Chicken Biscuit tasted like it was made yesterday , has browns extra oily and dark in color and I asked for very very light and ice they gave me a full cup of it smh ….Stop sending your employees to cars to take orders with no menu or at least let me get to the menu board first not everyone wants the same thing all the time besides if there’s something new how would I know ?… these people really gave me 9 hash browns today done with this location

I knew at 9:10 pm that they closed at 10pm, I was only going to be in Walgreens a minute. Yeah right. I ran to my car after rushing the poor young man at the Walgreens checkout ( he was rooting for me to make it too). Thanking my lucky stars the two businesses are located in the same parking lot, nonetheless, I was so upset with myself because I was starving and I just knew they were going to be closed. I pulled up to the speaker at 9:59 + however many seconds PM. To my surprise not only were they still open and letting me order, the young lady on the other side of the speaker was just as nice and cheerful as she probably was at the beginning of her shift. I told her how sorry I was and she assured me all was good. I got my food, it was awesome. It wasn't old, I didn't feel like I was getting a consolation prize for coming in so late, it was nice and fresh. My milkshake is awesome !! They did a great job, without even trying they genuinely made me feel like I was the first customer of the day and not holding them up by coming in so late at the end of the day. Great job !! When they say it's a pleasure, they mean it. Thank you, it made my night.

I recently visited this chick-fil-a 2/20/24 and had an interaction with a manager by the name of Marley. Marley was very rude and as I waiting for my food I saw her be mean to NOT JUST ONE BUT MULTIPLE WORKERS. this made me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel bad for the workers. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE COMING BACK UNTIL SHE FIXES HER ATTITUDE.
