We always can count on a delicious meal and if there is any issue they gladly take care of it. Fair pricing, excellent service, and great variety of foods to chose from. Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is my favorite restaurant.

I love the atmosphere of the restaurant, some of the food is good, but I was severely disappointed in the Smokehouse Burger. The bun was crunchy, I couldn't taste any seasoning, and there wasn't any cheese. The service was great, all servers being kind and respectful

Trying to be a local "steakhouse" (to compete with others, Ruths Chris, Mortons, Capital Grille)... and while I will continue to consider it in the future, the quality of the steak / prime rib was not up to par on this visit.

We are frequent visitors. The food is consistently good and the staff is friendly and accommodating. My one critique would be that on busy nights, the waitstaff rushes you to finish your meals quickly.

The food here is amazing! Our server was super nice as well. I just really wish they still had their tenderloin pasta on the menu. It was on the menu around 10 years ago when I was a teenager and it was my absolute favorite dish! So please, bring it back! Also, the deviled eggs are absolutely incredible. Great place to meet with coworkers or have an upscale family dinner, definitely a special occasions place!

My husband and I enjoy eating at Firebirds every now and again. They have excellent steaks. Unfortunately, expectations were not met on this visit. The steaks were barely warm. They did provide us with new steaks, however, still not hot. I think I would rather have their grilled salmon. For the price of your meals, your food should be perfect.

Food is great but take out service is horrendous. Not once but on three different occasions I placed a takeout order and was told that food will be ready in 30 minutes, I arrive on time and then they tell me to wait for another 10 minutes but I end up waiting for more than 20-30 minutes extra.

Our server was horrible. He never kept up with refills even after we asked for more water. He handed us our check before delivering our desserts and had completely forgotten about them. One of our meals was missing sauce and mashed potatoes. We have dined at this restaurant many times and I am very disappointed in the terrible service we received. We purchased two three-course meals.

This was our first experience with FireBirds and it was not a good one. First, we had a party of 7 and were placed at a small booth, to which we had to be moved to a larger round table in order to accommodate us. We waited for over 20 minutes and finally had to ask for a server to come and take our order. After another 15 minutes we finally ordered our food. The first thing I noticed when I received my $6.95 side salad, was it was extremely tiny. We then received Philly cheese steak egg rolls that tasted like plastic and the sauce was dominated with wasabi or horseradish. When our onion rings were brought to us, they were extremely salty, cold, and our server dropped half of them on the floor. Our food came about 20 minutes later. My wife ordered Parmesan crusted chicken. Random chicken breast were used for this dish and they were extremely tuff. I personally would never use this type of chicken for entree dishes. The chicken had way too much sundried tomato as well. My mother in-law ordered honey garlic chicken. Again the chicken was extremely tuff and the taste was overpowered by balsamic. Honey garlic should have been the focal point of the dish, not balsamic. Her entire plate was swimming in vinegar, including the FROZEN tater-tots! I ordered a sirloin which was over powered with thyme and was extremely salty. The mashed potatoes were also reconstituted and not fresh. All together the food here was practically inedible and the service was disappointing. We will not be coming back to Firebirds again.

Overcharged me by $10. I talked to a manager and he said he would fix it. Then I saw my credit card statement and they overcharged me $5. Check your receipts. This place will rob you if you don't pay attention.

The woman at the bar had a really bad attitude. I don't know if she was upset that she had to serve me. I'm not sure what I did, or if that is just her normal pleasant demeanor, but I definitely felt like I wasn't welcome. So I left. What a shame. It smelled good in there, and I was looking forward to the New York Strip.
