Cadence waited on me and boosted my very long day. I've never been to a Roy Rogers, so I was shocked by all the flavor! You get a bar to pile up what you want on your sandwich. Very nice concept geared to customers. This place is a gem! So glad I bypassed mcDs. I do it to myself. I went later than I should have. They forgot a kid's meal and one adult drink. We went back to get it. The fries were fresh and hot. Kids ate and enjoyed their burgers... but they're kids. My chicken tenders were anything BUT tender. They were practically petrified. Cold. Hard. It was horrible. The three piece meal that my husband WAITED 8 minutes for was also incorrect. When we explained what was missing to the drive-through worker, he said, "Just what do you want?" Literally. So no. Just no. Never again.

Lost two Roy's in my area, this one is a bit out of the way, but worth hitting for breakfast. Something about thier eggs, bacon, & potatoes favorite breakfast. Plus this one is cleaner then two that were in my area. Don't go too often, but when I have, employees have been friendly

I ordered a fish combo meal platter and received two pieces of fish, The picture shows two pieces of fish french fries and tartar sauce,Went back to the counter to ask for the fries and tartar sauce was told it doesn't come with the combo????????

I take my kids here for a breakfast treat and they love the fixins bar and the potato’s. It’s the only place around here that has sausage gravy. I just always have to get an extra side of gravy because I like it saucy: gravy and biscuits…Parking: Handicap parking is van accessible.Kid-friendliness: Employees were very kind to my kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and tables are designed for ADA wheelchair access. Much appreciated!

On my most recent visit, Savanah and Cesar provided excellent service. The fixing bar was well stocked with fresh produce. The tables, floor, and restrooms were clean and tidy as was the parking lot. The Gainesville location is obviously well managed with an impressive staff. With freshly prepared, flavorful, economical food, I look forward to our next visit.
Store was closed because they don't know how to cut the lights on!?!? If they can't figure that out, how are they going to make food to eat! The door was opened I asked are you open because I was in there the time that the store was supposed to be opened. A employee walked out the back and told me that they were closed because they can't figure out how to turn the lights on?!?! I asked how long do you think it would take?! she said, Until we figure it out, and kinda rude about it. But don't worry I won't be spending money here anymore! Waste of my time! If I could give it 0 stars I would!

Should not have employees complaing at the register that they have to work. The ones off the register could complete/plate simple orders...all while a manager sat in office oblivious to what was going on out front.
