Ordered a double bacon smash burger, wings, a salad, a kids chicken strip and a few orderes of fries. The food was not good at all. The burger was the only thing that was fully eaten. They forgot to bring out one of our fries and I told the host about it twice before she tried to say that I was wrong. All of the fries were cold and the chicken that was added to the salad was not fully cooked. The wings were the worst wings I’ve ever had.They finally agreed to give me my fries that I ordered, to go. I asked for a box or a bag to take the chicken strips that wasn’t eaten home. The host didn’t get that for me. Then she had a friend come in the restaurant and was pointing and laughing at me while I was waiting for the other host to help me since she refused to. I was polite with my request and quiet to not draw attention. I will not go back to this restaurant in Gainesville nor will I ever recommend it. There are plenty of other places in the area that have better food and better customer service.

Update:They tell me to email them, and I do the same day, but don’t respond to me…..Shake was very dry and burger was overcooked. Fries were great.

Our first time eating at a Smashburger. Ordered the Double Bacon Burger with a fried egg on top. We went to find a place to sit and after going to 3 dirty tables, I had to ask someone to wipe down a table so we could sit down. The booth seats were upholstered with black duct tape. When our food came, we asked for salt and pepper and were told they no longer have any in the restaurant, since they have a new distributer. The egg on my burger was fried HARD. The best part about a fried egg on a burger, in MY opinion, is a runny yolk! The manager informed me that they have to "fully cook" the egg due to health issues. Had I known this beforehand, I would have NEVER added the egg. I asked about a refund and I was informed that they are unable to refund "add-ons". Despite that, the burger was good and the tots were DELICIOUS! $43 for 2 people at a subpar, run down burger joint is NOT worth that kind of money. We will not be back.

I paid $20 for a double bacon burger, 6 onion rings (barely cooked) and a drink (regular not large). The place was rundown, with taped up benches. We had to ask the worker to wipe down our table. Someone swept while we were waiting, but only what little they could see in the middle of a brown floor. What's under the tables stayed under the tables.There was no salt and pepper. When asked, the guy said they used to have it, but the distributor changed it.The only reason for the 2-stars was for the burger. The burger was good. I will not be returning.
Our burgers were DELISH! Dellante is a wicked awesome cook. Our shake didn't come until we were finished eating ? timing could be better, along with restocking napkins and wiping down tables in the dining room between customers.

Hamburger was terrible. Clearly it was cooked hours earlier and kept in a warming drawer, even bun was chewy. I've ordered from them in the past and never had this problem. Given what I paid for a burger and fries, it should at least be fresh! Someone send Gordon Ramsey over there! Lost this customer for sure.

I drove all the way there for a milkshake and they told me they could not make one because they just cleaned the machine. Even though they did not close for another hour.
