Used the app and when we went to pick it up they hadn’t made any of it and said they were out of one thing ordered and I couldn’t replace with another item that they did have of the same value. Only the manager was extremely rude and told me I’d have to get my money back thru the app (which isn’t possible and they refused to look at the app themself). The other employees were fantastic and very helpful…One of them need to be made manager instead. Not a rude, hothead that obviously miserable and doesn’t want the job she has. They eventually, finally replaced the food and prepared. What an overpriced ordeal! It’s no wonder they don’t get much business after breakfast and close early. The breakfast crew is where it’s at, not any other time.Kid-friendliness: Not kid or anyone friendly with that manager’s attitude.
Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Hamburger was dry, tasteless, small, terrible. Shake was excellent. Facility itself was unkempt, littered, butts everywhere, very dirty.

The prices are too high & they are slow as Hell!!!Parking: There is parking but it's VERY limited, plus 1 quarter of the parking lot is taken up by the drive through!!!!

It's a shame this is in a smaller area and may not do well. Cleaner than the average hardee's, by far. The food was very good and prepared and it's timely manner by friendly people. Hope this location is well supported by the community as I was just passing through and it was really pretty

Hardees is a hit or miss I was in for brunch an extremely rude lady from drive thru was grabbing the bags taking orders out of the bag and barking orders at the cashier that was doing his job as fast as he could. She was slamming food down and being very rude.However let me give a huge shout out to the young gentleman working on Friday Nov 3rd. You Sir did an amazing job Thank you!. And also to Donna you're the BEST!

This restaurant deserved 0 stars tonight. Slow service and disrespectful manager made for an unenjoyable experience. I understand mistakes happen but sarcastic, rude remarks from management after a 15 min wait for food that was supposed to be ready when I got there was a little much. Especially after newly arriving customers ordered and got their food while i was still waiting. No communication between staff and loud music playing from back where employees were. Unprofessional and will not pick up another doordash from this establishment.
