“We had a wonderful time for my son's birthday today! It was our first visit and it did not disappoint. Amanda was great! The food was delicious and our children had a blast playing all of the retro arcade games! The decor and theme are so fun and impressive. Facility was very clean. An overall great experience. “Great Italian restaurant in a small town. Had the lobster ravioli and the sauce was light with a hint of seafood and tasted amazing. Good little junks of lobster in them. I sat at the bar and the service was good. They work to keep you happy.“

“The pizza is a 7.8, crust is crunchy slightly thick with a good amount of cheese, sauce doesn't stand out too much sort of like a normal tomato sauce. Service could be more inviting. Typical bar setting and pricing is a tad bit high. Specialty pizzas contain a decent amount of toppings that don't overload each other.“

I get the southwestern bbq chicken salad and tonight I decided to get a personal pizza! The service is fantastic and they are very friendly. They have not once forgotten anything in my to go order or made a mistake and added something I requested off. They are fast making the food. Every time I place an order it says 30 minutes, and by the time I get there- 15 minute drive, it’s done! I recommend this place to anyone! “The pizza was great. Foldable and warm. The inside tables and floor was clean. The tables outside weren’t as clean but it didn’t affect the food taste. The menu offers a lot: hot and cold subs, Stromboli, calzone, salads, pizza and pasta. I ordered a hamburger and green pepper slice. The slice came out with large slices of green pepper. I had never seen big chunks of peppers on pizza like this before but it was good.“

“I love this restaurant it is my favorite place to eat in Kingsport area. I always get the Village Greek salad but I changed it up a bit and tried pasta Primavera and it was amazing. The service is always great,so is the food.I highly recommend this restaurant I don't know why such low stars before every time we have been there it has been a great experience. The restaurant itself is very cute. I love the decorations, but I am in love with all of their food and all of their desserts. I will add more desserts to my review later on when I get more pictures but I highly recommend eating there.“

“Small corner stall next to Starbucks. Has room for Four already to go Personal Pan Pizzas. Choice was limited Three cheese and one pepperoni. Pepperoni was done and not doughy in the center. Crust was crisp, but not over done. Counter person seemed knowledgeable and friendly.“

They have only messed up 1 time in the hundreds of times I have ordered from them and they fixed it immediately. I understand that we are all human and mistakes do happen. It is how professional they corrected the problem is what's amazing. I can't sing their praises enough. “This is an italian fast food place. The food has potential, good service. They've got good ingredients in the food but all the food is way over salted which makes it almost unpalatable. Their bread sticks are more salty than Little Caesars. I feel like saying something. I've been here three times just to make sure it's not a fluke , unfortunately , it's not.“

“Out of all the Pizza Pluss' I've been to, I was surprised how homely this particular one felt. The Restaurant was nice and spacious to say the least. There were two separate dinning rooms, with the one in the back having a mini arcade and dispenser machines you put the quarters in. I came here with my best friend and his son, and the waitress (Who regrettably I didn't get the name of to properly credit them) was more than happy to accommodate our needs. She was very attentive with making sure we had plenty to drink in our glasses and was very polite. My friend's son can be very noisy and disruptive, but the staff paid the little guy no mind. The restaurant over all was very clean and had the atmosphere you'd expect from a Pizza Place. While it's not a name brand like Papa Johns, Dominos, or Pizza Hut, Pizza Plus as a whole is a pizza place you should try if you haven't already. Their food is delicious and good for the money. Dimmy's giving this Pizza Plus 5 stars out of 5 stars!“

“Whoever made this pizza missed putting sauce and cheese on many areas. I opened the box and was stunned. I haven’t ordered from here in a while and am wondering what happened cause I’ve always got a great pizza from them. Pizza creator person please do better! Cover the whole pie in sauce, cheese and topping… how can you let this pie go out the drive thru window looking like this. It labels you as uncaring and neglectful. I will look at my pizza before I drive off and if ever looks like this one will hand back and have them make again. Come on people with jobs! Do your best!“

“First of all, this is by far the cleanest pizza plus that I have ever been in. The food is always hot and fresh. Not to mention how friendly and accommodating the staff is. I especially would like to thank Amber for always accommodating our large parties. We spend quite a bit of money going out to eat and it is always worth it. Stephanie has been so sweet and kind to my children after every visit. The 11$ Fridays are our favorite! You can order ANY pizza and only pay 11$. Quality is superb!!!! “They delivered when the other pizza plus was closer. We have had so many people say they can deliver to us then call and they say they can't. With a broke leg it's hard to make sure we have food prepared. The pizza plus in the middle of Carter's valley just act like they don't want to work or even try to help. The sweet guy went out of his way and extra mile to make sure we could fee our family tonight and I appreciate it so much. Even the lady taking my order was pleasant. I'll never go to the pizza plus way past dollar general again. Even if I have to walk on my cart to get to the other location ?. Plan on tipping big and then next time going in to tip even more.“
