I had the Signature Hawaii BBQ Mix. It took a good while "almost 15 min" for me to get my food, and there was some confusion whose food was who's.When I finally got my food, I opened it up and was surprised to see how much I got. Then I started to eat, and as I was working through the meat section, I was disappointed when below what I thought was a lot of meat, only to find cabbage below it. Nothing in the menu says "cabbage"! I received an overabundance of rice and macaroni salad(on the menu), which is already filler foods/starch and carbs. The macaroni is sweet. The fried rice was stained white rice with no taste.

The reviews I've heard about Alohahola have been really good, so I was so stoked to be able to come here for lunch. We ordered at the touch screen and each meal item gives you plenty of customization options. We ended up getting beef BBQ plates and spam crispy musubi. Everything came out really quickly and they had a station set up so you could get any condiments or utensils you needed. The staff was super friendly even though it was right at open and the restaurant was pretty full. The food was so delicious! It was really fresh and falling off the bones. There was so much, we definitely had leftovers and the leftovers heated really well. I've told all of my friends about this place and we'll definitely be back. If you haven't been, you must go. The amount of food for the price is unbelievable!

First time visiting Alohahola and it was on point! We had the Loco Moco and the Hawaiian BBQ platter and it was absolutely delicious! Very generous portions at a reasonable price. Will definitely return!

So the food is mediocre, the portions are big you would not be able to eat it all. The service is basically none existent its mostly self service from ordering to getting you plastic forks and napkins. It's comfortable inside with the music a little loud. We have been to Hawaii and this is a good try but missed this mark on the flavor. If they would up the seasoning it would make a big difference.

You'll be happily stuffed with their generous servings of incredibly delicious foods. Would highly recommend the signature Hawaii!

I was pretty impressed by my first visit. I didn't use the kiosk, although I saw others do so quite easily. The food was hot, fresh, really delicious, and omg...there was plenty. I'll be back to try other menu items. ??

I ordered black pepper BBQ Chicken, the taste was very good but the menu picture showed red & green peppers. There was non only onions, lots & lots of onions. To many. When I called and complained they didn't give any credit, just said they are new restaurant with wrong picture. The fried rice with meal wasn't good.

I ordered the orange chicken and I was super disappointed. First of all the rice was very sticky, wasn’t fluffy. The rice was all the chicken. There was no orange sauce on it. They sliced two oranges and put it on top of my chicken, which look like nuggets it was horrible and I was so hungry and I was anticipating it to be very good because I had their teriyaki chicken and it was decent, very disappointed about the orange chicken probably not gonna be my favorite spot or my spot at all

Ordered take out, I got the black pepper chicken and it came with macaroni salad and fried rice. I was very pleased with the flavors. The chicken was very tender and had a wonderful flavor. The onions were tender but not soggy so it had the right texture. The Mac salad was good, pretty simple. We ordered pickup online so our order was ready to go when we arrived. The service was great and the food was packed in cute little reusable carry out bags! The restaurant looked clean with a laid back atmosphere. It wasn't busy when we got there we were the only ones there so I'm assuming on a Sunday afternoon around 4 or 5 it's not busy. I live in Prince George and the restaurant is in Glenn Allen but I would definitely take the long drive to return.

Food was incredible. My brother recommended and hyped it up. It did not disappoint. Great portions, short rib and bbq chicken were delicious, and if you have room, try the wings. Crispy and juicy. Will definitely be coming back.

Finally a good Hawaiian spot!! The food was great espically the chicken katsu curry!! Big portions and great flavor. My only con and suggestion, don't chop the short rib bones. We loved the short ribs but the cut up bones makes it almost inedible. Sadly, we will not be ordering the short rib again as long as the bones are chopped up into the meat.

So if you are from Hawaii it's a 3 star. No L&L here but if you're not from Hawaii you would probably give it a 4 to 5 star. They give you a good size portion so far. When I went Feb. 23, 2024 the food was not HOT it was like it was prepared and kept under a warmer. The children Katsu was not crispy like when it's cooked fresh. It was just warm. The rice was not hot either. I don't understand why warm is ok but when your food comes out hot it just feels like it's fresh. Felt like it was microwaved warm. The musubi was good but at $4.00 a piece I would not buy it again but had to try it. Spam is a canned meat the cheapest you can find so asking that much is kinda crazy The Loco moco was good lots of thick brown gravy see photo. Enjoyed it's pretty good for this area.

Best chicken teriyaki and fried rice ever. The pasta salad is also surprising good. Also... cabbage!!!
