They have wonderful staff who provided great service to us and our attendees. The brunch/breakfast food was amazing! The access to technology was a huge plus! I held a team meeting at Bartizan. The event was flawless. Melissa and Silvia were incredibly responsive and thought of every last detail in advance. The technology was set-up for a seamless experience. The service was five star. The Bartizan team was cheerful and courteous. They anticipated our needs and responded immediately to any requests, whether it was needing the tables cleared asap, printing a document for us last minute or adjusting music up and down. Our event was pretty small - around 30 people - yet their efforts made me feel like our group was their highest priority. The best part for me as the organizer is that I was able to be fully engaged in our event, not worrying about logistics. Total pros here at Bartizan and wonderful experience. You will not regret booking your event at this beautiful venue!

We selected this venue for our office Christmas Party. It was "over the top perfection". The tables were decorated elegant, with greens, reds, and golds, as were the decorations throughout! Christmas atmosphere was everywhere and we have had so many compliments from our agents all week. Every item we requested specifically was provided for us (microphone), etc. Having our individual room was perfect as there were no interruptions and it enabled us to mingle throughout. The tables were spaced out perfectly, Servers, they were MOST PLEASANT and courteous. The appetizers and entrees were Magnificent. The food was hot, well seasoned and made to perfection. The bar was well stocked, and had a variety of our special requests to accommodate all guests. Melissa and Wendy were FABULOUS to work with, so many great ideas and so organized. From beginning to end, it was spectacular. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had our holiday party here with about 40 people and the food was good. I had to ask for utensils for the cheese board. The staff stood around most of the time and took forever to clear plates. They didn't have enough high tops for our event. No bread was put out with dinner and the head staffer told me we didn't have it on the order. However she checked and we were given bread after everyone was done eating. Staff need to be more friendly. The owner reached out to me and took a few of my suggestions. Be sure to get full details and ask for everything you need and they will do what it takes to make it perfect. Great venue!

We hosted a joint birthday party for 40 guests at Bartizan. It was the first time trying an event venue, so we didn't know what to expect, but everything was wonderful throughout the entire process: the booking, the planning, the decorating, and finally the party itself. Melissa handled the preliminaries and then Stephanie supervised the event. It was fantastic to work with such dedicated professionals in every sense of the word. They listened, took feedback, and made great recommendations. It felt like we worked together as a team, like a well-oiled machine. We had plenty of time to make decisions: the menu, the drinks package, the seating, the decorations, the music, etc. We also had the space available for three hours before the party to set up and decorate. The overall pace was nice and stress-free.The party was fabulous. The food and the service were absolutely great. There was a smooth flow of events, which were all very well-timed and scripted, and everyone had a blast. Even the few quiet moments before the bar opened sort of worked in our favor because people were more eager to have fun, all at once ;) The bartender was able to take care of everybody by herself, which is quite an impressive feat. Setting up the sound and video system was a bit challenging, but we had plenty of time beforehand to resolve the technical issues. After that, everything was on a roll.The waiting staff was attentive and blended in seamlessly. I actually saw a few kitchen workers crossing in the back, doing dance moves, so I think they enjoyed the atmosphere, too. :)After the party, we received only stellar reviews for the food, from multiple people. Someone was actually envious that some of the dishes were better than his homemade recipes.In conclusion: only superlatives.Thank you for helping us celebrate our special day. It was exactly the way we wanted it to be.

Their communication, knowledge, and expertise is something that is truly unmatched. We had the best rehearsal at Bartizan, the food and drinks were amazing, the venue is so pretty, and well kept, along with very clean! Kate was great to work with, she communicated mostly with my mother in law, but she always kept us in the loop with all the things rehearsal dinner related and was very accommodating! They really made everything SO easy, working with them was one of the best decision of our wedding.
