“We went to the West Broad St. IHOP for breakfast and ordered orange juice and sweet tea, the Bacon Temptation Omelette, and the Big Steak Omelette. We also ordered the 3 buttermilk pancakes. Our server, Liz, was friendly and very attentive. She stopped by to check on us several times, and our conversations were great! We really enjoyed talking to her she made our visit very enjoyable! We'll definitely stop by the West Broad St. IHOP again!Parking: There were plenty of parking spaces when we visited.Wheelchair accessibility: There were several wheelchair accessible parking spaces right by the entrance.“

The only plight I have is one of the waiters comments when I came from outside to ask about the waters/drinks to pick up for my party and I guess it wasn’t ready (which is fine because they mentioned before we sat that outside wasn’t full service) so I was just checking back after a few minutes, no biggie. When I’m walking out I hear one of them say “there’s six of you, it’s not ready”. Kinda uncalled for and the space isn’t large- so I heard it pretty well. Uncalled for, hence I thought I was doing the right thing to come in and pick up the beverage for my party if it wasn’t full service sitting outside. Still great food.“
“I believe the best waffle I ever had. Compote was great, and cheese grits. Our server was great with a good sense of humor. There was no wait and I wish I lived closer so I could visit more. Atmosphere was very loud, I know some people like that but not me.“

“It was a rainy Saturday.. Our wait time was about an hr due to it being a party of 11, for some reason it seems like the entire Richmond gets the same idea on rainy days lol. Service was great, atmosphere was good but the food was superb !!!!“

“Interesting no-contact concept where you don’t order from staff - but use an iPad instead. If you’re going to come more than once - get their app or visit the website because you can end up waiting for one iPad they have. Your food is stored in a locker until you come to pick it up.The experience was interesting and the food was tasty - but heated items (sausage biscuit) lost its heat in about 5 minutes. Eat quick for best results.“

“So happy I finally got to try this place! The biscuits were huge and some of the best I've ever had. The Firebird was tasty, and the shiitake mushroom gravy was out of this world. I was a bit sad that they didn't include whipped cream and strawberries for my French Toast Biscuits. They were very pretty online- a heads up would have been nice....since I paid for it! It is a little on the pricey side but the portions are huge. Come hungry!Vegetarian options: The shiitake mushroom gravy is AMAZING. A must try!“

Thing is, I haven't had one for years, since they were on Main Street and are now only open for 4-5 hours a day and closed all weekend. With hours like that, I wonder how an employee can even afford to work here, much less how they get stedy clientle.“

Well prepared and appetizing presentation with huge portions!! Well worth the price. If you're not super hungry, you'll have enough for another meal!!
