So they are AMAZING!! I came in here today cus it was super cold outside, and just needed a quick water, and when they gave me my water they also gave me TWO hard shell beef tacos with lettuce, it was amazing and the sauce in the taco was really flavorful! I'm so appreciative! Everyone's constantly tidying up making it clean all around with beautiful music. 100/10

We loved the relaxed, chilled out atmosphere and the servers and hosts were very patient and attentive. Food could be a bit tastier and more flavourful.

Our server was rude, overcharged us, charged us for things not even brought to the table, when we told her that our order was incorrect, she rolled her eyes and brought us a new plate and order was still incorrect. Instead of checking on us she proceeded to chat in the back with a coworker. When we paid our ticket she wrote herself in a tip after we left. When we confronted her manager, he just gave us the money back so they knowingly write tips in and didn’t want to get it disputed. This is a disappointment because I’ve come to Casa Grande for over 20 years and never had terrible service. This was the Brook Road location. So make sure you double check your receipts and bank statements :(

So much for the option for the cheese dip when you pick a taco and they will not give it to you, doesnt matter that the website will let you add it to your order and pay for it, no 1$ discount for cheese here, and dont bother adding any special note or requests. Unfortunately the food is delicious. Just wish they cared about the customer more than making a penny

The shell on my hard shell taco was from a box - I’ve never experienced that before at a ‘Mexican restaurant’. Everything else was ok and the people were nice. Ortega hard shell tacos from the grocery store?! Sad. ?

I ordered a large order, 3 orders looked the same chicken, shrimp , crab and shrimp fried tortilla. None of the food was labeled and one person is allergic to crab. Also the cheese sauce was missing and when we called Martin the manager of this establishment, he was not nice or helpful and said it was our fault for not telling the business, to label what food they put into each container. Since the manager doesn't care I decided to post a review of the service.
