Chen's is a great place to have a nice dinner. The food is great and staff are nice. Highly recommend this place to eat there. The owner is very pleasant and the service is great. If you need a place to eat and have great time, recommend go there. I have chatted with the staff but never got their names. I haven"t gotten a chance to meet them. I just want to thank them for their hard work.

My friend and I eat here at Chen's often. The food and prices are good, and the atmonsphere is fine. The one problem I have had is the wait staff being WAY too attentive. At our last visit, someone was at our table about every 5 to 8 minutes the entire time we were there to see if we were okay. This really disrupts conversations and the dining experience. They need to find a balance between never asking and doing it this much. (And it was not crowded at all.)

This is my son's favorite local Chinese food restaurant. His favorites are the sweet & sour soup and pork egg rolls. Great fried rice and crispy sesame beef. The staff is very accommodating and attentive. Highly recommended.

Overall the food was good, service was very attentive. Wonton soup was good, egg rolls were good as well. Main dish was Shrimp and broccoli in garlic sauce, the spice level was perfect. Being from NY I know very good Chinese food and this place held up to my expectations.

This has become my new favorite Chinese restaurant because the eggrolls, spring rolls, and lo mein are consistently freshly made and delicious. The service is top notch. You can expect to be greeted by the owner himself, who prides himself on using fresh ingredients. His homemade hot mustard alone is worth the trip over to the West End for me. It's memorable!
