Today I just ordered a iced latte and ask to no ice at it. And believe you or not they gave me the medium with the latte in the middle. Hahaha when I ask why they told me that that’s the amount. And if I want to have the cup full I suppose to put ice on it. I questioned the manager he told it was right. I was paying for the ice ….. it’s the craziest thing I ever listened…..

Possibly the shadiest Dunkin I have ever seen. It's wild how the drive thru is set up, looks straight out of a crack den, love seeing random people smoking cigarettes staring at you behind a dumpster as you order coffee. Whoever makes cold foam drinks doesn't know you're supposed to actually put cold foam in the drink. People in the drive thru are nice, other than that don't waste your time at this location.

I used the drive thru as well as went inside a few times. The staff at the window and at the counter were all very pleasant. My orders were always correct and warm (by the time I got home which was a 12 minute drive)Vegetarian options: I would suggest that the hash browns, avocado toast, plain bagels and old fashioned donuts may be categorized as vegetarian but ask the staff because they are very knowledgeable.Parking: If you want to go inside there is plenty of parking in front of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Staff at the window and inside are very friendly and knowledgeable.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and ample wide isle and seats inside.

They have a nice lounge with a television. Comfortable seats and some small tables. Only discouraging thing was that the speaker for the music was too loud and you couldn’t hear the television.

Usually I LOVE Dunkin, but at this branch be sure to double check your order!! They made mistakes on both my food and drink last visit. And the time before that the dining room was closed (which was I not made aware of when ordering on the app/online.) The staff is very nice, but I rather they pay closer attention to the order. It wasn't even busy when I was there in the late afternoon.

I just moved to the area and I am pleasantly surprised that I like this Dunkin as much as my favorite in Arizona!I have only been to the drive thru part of the building. I drove past it the first time just thinking it was a gas station.If you are in the area and are craving a Dunkin latte then you should definitely should go to this location.

The donuts are good, however they literally just throw them in a bag and hand it to you. No matter that it's now upside down or two are smashed together. I will get a regular coffee or cold brew, but anything else they seem to mess up, or if you ask for extra, they will charge you but not actually put it in the drink. So not worth the price or effort.
