The food was the ONLY good thing about this past visit. I was taken to a dirty table. I stood next to the table for approximately 5 minutes before I was able to get someone's attention to have my table cleaned. I was then asked if I wanted the table dried ... REALLY???One waitress took my beverage order. It was another five minutes before it came back to me - WRONG - by the person who was clearing tables and sweeping the floor! I had to ask for utensils because there were none on the table.I placed my order and went to the restroom. When I came back from the restroom and was told that, because the kitchen was swamped, my order was being rushed (the dining room was not full at the time).A THIRD person finally brought my order ... and my pancakes were warm, as if they had been sitting under a warmer and not fresh from the griddle.If this were my first visit, it definitely would have been my last. Thankfully, I've had better previous service experiences, but if I have another experience like THIS one, I won't be back.

HAIR IN MY FOOD!! YUCK!! the server was very sweet and apologized for the hair in my food. Poor thing was the only one on the floor by herself waiting numerous tables as well as playing the role of hostess. She as absolutely amazing. However, she deserves help of a hostess at least. Food was remade with no hair added. Lol Do better IHOP!! get your servers some help.

I went to this IHOP and was very disappointed the food was not good I asked for scramble eggs lil cheese I got cheese with with egg not tasty at all waitress was slow we had to look for and food was cold not a pleasant dine in experience will not be returning

Restaurant is just what you want from a breakfast staple. No nonsense service, fast food, and clean environs. Only complaint is the qr code payment on the bill takes you to ihop app that you must download. I love the pay at your leisure through toast, but I am not going to download an ihop app to pay.

I see some of the positive review here so maybe I just went when they were having an off day (We went on a Tuesday). But, the pancakes were really dry and had no taste at all. After all, when you spend over $40 and the pancakes at McDonalds are better (and cheaper), you do have to wonder if going back is really worth it. Maybe I will try them again and, if I go back and things are better, I'll update this review accordingly.

There's nothing the staff can do about this, but this IHOP has a malfunctioning "back door is open" alarm which emits a piercing wolf whistle approximately every 1-2 minutes, which is nerve wracking. They said they've called someone about it, but whoever it is won't come out to fix it because it's raining. This is like Chinese water torture.Other than the aggravating noise, this IHOP is as good as I've come to expect.
The food took way too long to be brought out. The staff itself was complaining about other customers not giving enough at the end of their bill. Very unprofessional. They were cursing on the floor. Overall, very disappointing atmosphere was horrid. I felt sorry for my own waitress. But I’m on the flipside as a hole there was no sense of urgency either. It’s a very disappointing and I will not be returning to this location.
