I’ve been getting pizza here ever Friday night and it the pizza was amazing. Now the last three orders were terrible. One was raw and I had to cook it once I brought it home. The cheese sliced off when I pick up a slice. All three orders had cheese issues. I’m going somewhere else for Friday pizza nights. Just wanted to give you a heads up about the terrible pizzas and why you lost a post loyal customer.

I’m a foodie! I’ve been to this restaurant twice, first time was amazing, second time was my worst experience so far out of the restaurants I’ve been to.I was told there’s new management. I went to have lunch at 2 pm with my girls on Valentine’s Day, we were 17 women. We knew the wait was gonna be long but not that long, since there were only 2 other tables with 2 ppl each. The waitress was very rude, loud & mean, took her forever to bring the menus(we had to ask for them), didn’t have her name tag on so don’t know what her name is, messed up all our orders & gave different plates to different ladies. Which made our wait even longer to get the orders right. I ordered clam sauce with linguini(pic attached), it was so disgusting and liquidy that I only ate 2 forks and asked for something else(she said that she was gonna charge me for it anw). Instead I ordered Greek salad which came with with grilled chicken & shrimp & vinaigrette dressing, and after a long wait(all the ladies had done eating but me), she brought me a different salad that had different ingredients, no shrimp & with ranch, & kept on insisting that’s what I ordered. Then she said she’ll add the shrimp & get me different dressing & finally brought me a vinaigrette one but I didn’t get the shrimp until after I was almost done with my plate. We asked for napkins/tissues about 3 times but kept on dismissing us, we asked her the 4th time, she said they didn’t have any napkins, they’re out, she can only get us the cloth ones(which smelled terribly). How can u not have napkins at 3 pm on a valentine’s day?! I have to mention that the manager was there, saw everything and didn’t say anything or apologized to any of us for what happened. We asked for separate checks, she brought one check with everything on it saying that because the orders were messed up, they had to make more food(which wasn’t our fault) so the manager told her to make one bill and add a discount(which was barely anything). We had to split the check between us equally($24 each) which isn’t fair bcs some of us didn’t order that much but still had to pay it.

Best Italian in Richmond! Nothing compares to it except up in New York or New Jersey. This is a restaurant, not a pizzeria. The wait is just as long as any other fine restaurants. Food is fabulous, great wine and liquor selection, never disappointed.

My wife and I have been going to Little Angela's for years since they opened and the food has always been delicious and decent service. You wait a little bit, but you can see why when you taste the food. Last night, my wife and I took my mom there for her birthday. We were seated pretty quickly but then that's when it started to go downhill. It took 30 mins before we even got water and bread, another 30 mins before we got to place entree orders, then we sat for an hour and a half before our food came. I asked manager three times what was taking so long, nothing but "we're very busy sir and short staffed tonight". When we finally got our food, my wife and mother in law had eaten one mozzarella stick in 2 1/2 hours each, so starving to say the least. As we had finished the manager asked if everything was good... no. I told him how horrible the service was and same excuses with no attempt to do anything about adjusting the bill, which I asked for. What's interesting then is the former manager came by separately to give us the scoop. She explained that there was new management and this new manager that I had spoken with had just let go two of their servers that very night because he didn't like their attitude. Really? On a Saturday night? And servers that had worked there for years when the restaurant was doing well? She at least comped one of our meals, not the new manager. When we got home I got horribly sick from the food. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Great restaurant, great food. Extremely short staff but our server, the only one there never missed a beat! She was pleasant and efficient and managed all of her tables including three big tables with style and grace. No one ever complained. All restaurants need to rotate their staff through this organization for customer service training. Oh, did I mention the food was amazing too? ?? ??????

Had this place on my radar for some time now. Took my girlfriend, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. We both agreed the pizza was one of the better ones we've ever had. Good selection of appetizers and deserts. My girlfriend wants to go back soon as she was impressed with their seafood selection . Highly recommended....

Went for lunch on a Saturday. The food was delicious. The atmosphere and service was great. Going back again soon. The only thing I would change is they don't give extra bread without a fee.
Updated. This place is considered one of the best in Glen Allen. Agreed! The pie is fantastic and so is the staff. Get there!Chef Michael is top notch.

Highly Disappointed!!! The service was awful. We were sat quickly, but ignored by the staff while waiting for someone to acknowledge us. When someone did they didn't speak and placed our water on the edge of the table and then the server walked away. When we looked around wr witnessed other customers who were sat after us br given water and bread right away. At that point we left. I have worked in food service and customer service for over 20 years. My husband is a chef and has worked in hospitality for more than 20 plus years and have never experienced such horrible customer service. What I would hope and like for someone to do is read this and do better by guest coming to dine at their establishment.

I have driven past this place numerous times and finally decided to stop in and....I am disappointed. Came in and it literally took 20 minutes before anybody stopped by to take the drink orders. After that, food was taken and it took 55 mins JUST FOR THE ENTRAIES to come out. So after 1 hour and 15 mins it was time to eat....the food, it's good...but not 1 hour and 15mins good. Idk if they are focused on To-go orders but it appeared that those were getting more of the attention in the kitchen. Idk... I wasn't impressed on the time it took for 3 meals to come out. The service was slow, waitresses stood around while others were scrambling...my advice, go and place your order when you are not hungry because by the time it comes out...you might be then.

Horrible service in there for 15min no one looking our way to say we’ll be right with you just let you sit there but as soon as you get up rush over to you. Can’t even get a drink order let alone food. Lights were flickering and glasses were dirty with sauce rims. Wasn’t even that busy too could understand if there was a lot of tables filled.
