My kids brought home a Philly for me and it was the most tasteless sub I’ve ever had. My oldest son (16) who LOVES to eat say he took about 3 bites of his and threw it away. Terrible food.

Today my daughter and I had a much needed lunch date. Shannon was our waiter!! Can I say every company needs a Shannon. He was efficient, courteous and very engaged with all his quests. He gave exceptional service and had the best personality. There was an elderly lady sitting behind us! His interaction with her was the sweetest. And she absolutely loved the compassion that he had as she sat there all alone eating her lunch!! Warmed my heart. I asked him to give us her check and without hesitation he did, and he thanked us for that. We stood and had a conversation with her for a few minutes. This whole experience from start to finish is what we need more of. Thank you Shannon for all that you do!!

Had dinner with friends on a busy Friday at Brook Rd O'Charley's. Observations1. The service was excellent. Gabrielle, our server, advised us on the menu and kept a positive attitude even with all tables full. Our glasses were never empty. I saw the manager, Karen, working as hard as her staff, making sure the customers were happy.2. O'Charley's takes a lot of pride in their chicken tenders for good reason, they are delicious. I like the buffalo, but even unsauced, they are crispy and well-seasoned.3. Definitely try the Patty Melt. (I think they call it the Patty O'Melt). Best restaurant burger I've had in a while. Stacked smashburgers with melted cheese and grilled onion. Please keep it on the menu!4. I don't know what they do to the fries, but they are perfect (I ordered extra crispy). I'd like to find the seasoning mix they use.5. Price is totally reasonable for the quality of food you get.This is our favorite restaurant in the area. They slipped a bit during the Covid years, which is understandable, but they are back and better than ever.
