It's definitely not the best panera in town. Sandwiches are decent, but you'll wind up with questionable lettuce in your salads a little too often for comfort.

Manager Jen, Fox, Meal prep staff, Rodney and all staff members are professional, Welcoming & friendly. Meals are delicious, dinning area & restrooms always clean- nice place to take your spouse, family & friends. Sippers club has been great. Sheri & Dan

Got there right at the noon rush. Only one person behind one register, who was wiping his nose every three seconds with his gloved hands and then reaching for drink cups for customers. He took about 5 minutes to get the person in front of me a bagel. The line was to the door, but a minute later I turned around and about half of those in line had left. I got so frustrated trying to order a soup and a half sandwich that I told the two friends with me, "you guys order, I won't eat." He clearly didn't know the system. Note to management: train on hygiene and never leave trainees up front alone. Will never be back.

To coders are late every single time. Would be better to set correct expectations instead of always committing to a time you can’t make.

This location needs an overhaul in staff training. Workers at this location, all the way up to the team lead have poor attitudes and are not welcoming. The drive through is inconsistently closed, and it’s often that I encounter workers who sound like they just hate their job. Corporate, please come to this location and get things straight. Sets a bad example for Panera Bread.

Great place to have coffee, get some work done, or socialize with folks. Only wish they had more ports to plug in for power for phone/

I love this place. The food is delicious, and we had a minor issue that we brought to the manager's attention, and she went above and beyond to correct it. She clearly takes pride in her site and was quite upset. We will return.

Food was delicious; however, it wasn't ready until almost an hour after I put in the online order. I understand it was busy but the overall turn around of orders in the queue seemed slow.

We came here for breakfast while in the area. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel with American cheese. I don’t think I got American cheese and my sandwich was barely warm. My husbands parfait had to be remade because the yogurt was bad.I expect better from Panera Bread.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is big enough but it is crammed with tables and chairs. I had a challenge getting to the bathroom in my walker.

Little hostile... Usually people are pleased/jazzed/grateful to get free advertising on Google Maps - not so at this location. As always food is delicious but whatever you do - DO NOT TAKE ANY PICTURES.Having completed my order I made my way to the pickup line and snapped a couple of shots showing the pickup area and the dining area. I actually moved the camera so that the only person who was in the dining area was blocked by the fireplace.Unidentified short female with glasses and short hair: "Is there a problem‽?"Me (whilst waiting for order realizing the abrupt demand for information was aimed at me) : "I'm sorry?"Unidentified: "Heard you were taking photographs of the dining room and the people in it?‽ Is there a problem?"Me: "Oh gosh no- I'm a Local Guide on Google Maps-"Unidentified: turning and walking away "Just wanted to make sure there's no problem."Me: "Uhh... 'mmm-no?"Vegetarian options: I am not a vegetarian but they absolutely have plenty of options. I use the word plenty because it's not a vegan restaurant by design.Dietary restrictions: This was actually pretty impressive - when I was placing the order on the tablet there was always a mechanism by which I could report food allergies - that's... ... that's not only smart it's kind.Parking: This Panera is at the end corner of a small shopping plaza - open parking spaces are ubiquitous.

They were obviously working hard and they treated me in a very friendly way, in spite of looking like they might be a bit short staffed. Got a free coffee to boot!

Although this spot was fairly busy around 12:15, my spouse and I ordered our lunch (flatbread and drinks) easily at the kiosk and found a seat. The food was ready in about 20 minutes, but the manager was super nice and gave me a chocolate chip cookie on the house (I guess I must have looked really hungry - lol). The chipotle chicken and bacon flatbread was amazing! I think this is the best flatbread I've ever had - and, from a chain? All the folks who worked in this Panera were super friendly, too. We were a little sad that they no longer offer lemon slices for the iced tea though.
