[2021] Rude manager. Doesn’t seem to care about customer concerns with service. Oh well. First and last visit.Came back on March 2022, and still not impressed. Clean toilets are not that difficult, folks! Manager must not have standards or care.[2024] Over 2 years and they finally respond to this critique. You can address it all you want, I will never visit your substandard trashy establishment again.

With the changes in management, this restaurant’s customer service has declined. They talk about customers and laugh in their earbuds at them. They do not adhere to the ABC carryout laws for Virginia and give no explanation as to why. The staff is very unprofessional and rude.
