This location is one of the best in Richmond, VA. I visit here often and I can say that the General Manager, Gregory, is awesome. He is always in a good mood, and the store is always clean. He finally got me to sign up with the rewards after coming in day after day. I hope this guy receives the recognition he deserves, lots of days actually decent people are overlooked. older lady Adriana is one of the greatests, she knows what she is doing and always on top of things making sure that just not myself but everyone that's also waiting in line gets the best service, there is also younger girl Kiara that when i have gone for lunch or dinner and she happens to be working I like it when she serves me , her smile and the way she pays attention to my order and handles my food with Care is a plus to me.
My experience Everytime I go is always great when Adriana and Qiarah attends and serves me. I love there customer service , they know what I like and want when ordering Always with a smile , fast and attentive. And though I can be sometimes difficult they always know how to make me come out that place smiling and laughing. Ask for Adriana or Qiarah (kiarah) they are the best there.
I decided to stop in today 2.27.24 on this rainy day to order 2 chicken bowls for dinner. I was greeted by Greg. Although he was already in the process of preparing what appeared to be several online orders, my wait was not long to receive my food and the establishment was clean as I was happy to see. His demeanor and professionalism as well are not to be overlooked. I will be dining at Qdoba again when I am in the short pump area and you should too, you won't be disappointed!
I had never been to a Qdoba before. I was pleasantly surprised. It is like a Mexican Subway, where you get to "build" your own bowl, burrito, enchilada, etc... I had a mini chicken quesadilla bowl and it was delicious and tasted so fresh! I especially loved their corn salsa. I wish I lived closer to one. I can't wait to go back and try something else.
