Been to this location twice and when I ordered the pink drink and today the lavender matcha drink I get attitude because I ask for light ice. I literally get 2 gulps and drink is done. Worst Starbucks that has unprofessional employees.

Supposed to be open until 8pm but closed at 1pm in preparation for a 3pm closing on a Saturday. Seems reasonable.

Staff banters with each other, but leaves the customer with the impression that we are bothering them. No smiling, or asking the customer if they need anything else.

Starbucks makes double roasted coffee. This tastes burnt to me. I wish they would make a good medium roast like Gevalia Columbia. Still, Starbucks has quality offerings and I do like the cafe mocha. The food is tasty too. If they made real American coffee I would rate them at 5 stars.

Good place to drink a latte and relax.

Ordered a large cappuccino and had to restate this to both the man at the register and the woman behind the counter three times. When I was asked if I wanted whipped cream, I realized that despite saying my order multiple times, they were still making me the wrong drink (a frozen drink). I clarified that I wanted a hot cappuccino and then asked to be refunded and rung out again, because I know my standard coffee drink is not $6+. The woman proceeded to tell me that "it's ok", to which I said what do you mean. She then lied to my face and told me that the cappuccino would have come out to be more. As you can see from the screenshot, that's definitely not true, but go ahead and keep my $0.50 Starbucks... use it to train your employees not to lied to get out of extra work.

I walked in through the "exit" because somebody's cart was blocking the way 5o the entrance. One of the older ladies who worked here yelled angrily at me that I had walked in through the wrong entrance and that I needed to go around. I was one of 2 customers in here. This location needs to work on their customer relations.

Perhaps the only real in person interactions I get with people is this place at the drive thru. I started a month ago after months of pandemic related loneliness. Just waiting at the window chatting with the employee is a boost.
