“Sunday happy hours 5-6pm for selected desserts at the counter! The waiter was sweet to recommend us to switch from the original to the chocolate croissant. We also bought an almond blueberry scone with a slice of sugar powdered brownie. They're delicious, it's just that the scone didn't fit my taste as much.Highly recommend some of the pins there with funny taglines (Eat the Rich, anybody?) and nice old time cartoon stickers for $3. It's a nice little shop at Carytown, don't miss it for afternoon tea.“
“This place not only has great food, but great service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Whatever you choose to get won’t disappoint, vegan or otherwise. The owner Seemu is an amazing cook, and an even better individual. I’m very happy I discovered this place.“
“After two recommendations I decided to pay North End Juice Co a visit and see what all the talk was about. Their Fuego shot was recommended so I did try that along with their Costa Smoothie. The Fuego shot wasn’t as ginger heavy as I was personally looking for. It was more pepper to me, which speaks to the pepper that’s in it. So if you’re ok with that then it may be for you!The Costa smoothie is good. It’s a great blend between the mango , pineapple and strawberry fruits. The star of the show is the mango. So if you like mango, with a a trail of pineapple and a sweet linger from the strawberries this is your smoothie. I will say the Apple Juice that in it is a tad too much for me but not enough to take away from the other elements. If you’re looking for a thick smoothie. This isn’t it but overall good smoothie.I would try them again! After all I haven’t tasted the food yet!“
“Upon arriving, it’s a small corner building that serves great food. I’m guessing they help out the community from what they say on the sign I got a tray I forget the name of the tray, but it definitely filled me up. It came with a little appetizer entrée, and a dessert Definitely will come back to support the “
“Devil's Lettuce is a fantastic all Vegan restaurant. The staff is friendly, the space is bright and cheerful (there is a pet picture photo wall which is adorable), and more importantly, the food is delicious. I am not a vegan, but this is the type of vegan restaurant that inspires a change in dietary preference as the dishes are so good that you forget you are eating vegan. I absolutely loved the dank nuggs with seasoned fries and the fajitas burrita (I got those to go for dinner) and the Fiesta fries for eating there. Portion sizes are good, and I had to stop myself from overeating my Fiesta fries and take a bit of them home. There are special events and menu items that appear over time - which is also really neat - like a taco bell menu recreation day. I highly recommend stopping in - vegan or not - and try something new.Vegetarian options: This is an all Vegan menuDietary restrictions: Vegan restaurantParking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: This is a small space but can be navigated by wheelchair“
