I'm giving up on Walmart. First there was the unbelievable saga that resulted from ordering groceries from curbside pickup, which involved a bag of rotten green beans, and the hours of quibbling trouble they caused in order to get a refund. Today, I made the mistake of giving them another chance. I went inside, instead of curbside pickup, and witnessed the very best of third world shopping Richmond has to offer. Sloppy shelves and layouts bordering on abandoned property. It all reminds me of a homeless shelter. How about making some effort? You know Walmart is a huge, rich corporation. They can do better. To top it all off, the item I needed was out of stock. So, idiot that I am, I went to another Walmart looking for the missing item. I got everything I needed, checked out my own purchases, and did not charge them for my time totaling and bagging my purchases. Then on the way out the door, a Walmart employee was posted there, demanding to see the receipts of some customers as they left. Walmart shows Total disrespect for their customers. Of all the unmitigated gall. Never again. That's the last time I will subject myself to this disgraceful failure of a company. Please don't allow these people to abuse you and show you disrespect and disregard. Shop somewhere else. Anywhere.

I like this Walmart, I came in here to get some lunch. I am obsessed with their ranch wings and it's located 5 minutes from my work. The lady at the hot food counter was absolutely the sweetest. The wings were hot and fresh, she even give me an extra one.

Pickup process is broken. On three separate tries it's taken well over 30 minutes to get my order. Won't be trying again as it's clearly a trend.

I ordered something for pickup. When i found out it was the wrong location i was told to cancel and I'll get refunded. Later in the day, waiting for the status of my cancellation, my item was picked up! Called multiple times and no pickup.

did a online order, waiting in the parking lot for an hour and half, didn't get everything i ordered. i called multiple times over the course of 3 days trying to get a refund but no one answered the phone a single time. i would avoid this location until they hire more people and pay their employees a fair wage

It's what you expect from a Walmart. This particular store seems to be in a good area and I have no complaints as it had what they was lookin for. They did not interact with any employees was I did not see any in the isles and went through self checkout. I would shop there again if needed.

I wanted to commend a young man, Nick, in Electronics, for his excellent assistance today in helping me make photos. He was knowledgeable and wonderfully patient in making it happen, even though he was about to go on break. I was extremely pleased with the service I received!

Staff that could be opening a register instead of being congregated up front talking and laughing for over 20 minutes. Only three registers are open with more than 10 people with carts full of groceries in each line.

An employee in electronics with dreads, Ziggy, was extremely disrespectful and needlessly accusatory when I was shopping earlier this week. No apology when I showed him my reusable WALMART tote bag. I don't know what they expect customers to use when as they don't offer hand baskets whatsoever...only carts. It's safe to say I won't be using this wal mart anymore and will be switching to Walgreens for my pharmacy needs. Poorly run store.

This is the worst store aside from Hampton, VA. Barely anyone speaks English. And they don't care either. The store is dirty and such a mess. There has been so many times that I have had to search for someone to help. This is the worst company ever. What a joke of a store.

I was impressed at the greeter, older gentleman & the great service at the customer svc center and checkout. A handful of years ago, it was not that way at this location. Clearly things have stepped up and it shows. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I have never been disappointed at this Walmart. Employees are always helpful, store is well stocked, customer service is very accommodating. I'm sorry to read poor reviews, but part of the problem may be timing. They are extremely busy on weekends and before holidays which gives a very different impression from shopping experience if you are able to go during the week. Anyway, I choose a good rating for this Walmart.

Walmart in Glen Allen store employee Anita at self checkout was violent to customers. We self scanned two items but need to cancel one. Though it was not crowded, no one came to help us. We waited for at least 5 minutes, then decided to put one item back to shelf and self checkout another item. Before we were able to checkout (we were at the checkout area), Anita came to us to accuse us did not complete the checkout at the other location (where we could not receive any help in checkout). She tried to grab our item aggressively and also forced us to give the item to her. As a customer, I was very confused as why she acted so aggressively for NO reason! Since then, we talked to the manager who promised to talk to Anita about the right way to treat customers. I really hope they will have the conversation but I have no confidence they will. Anita's behavior was awful!!! I have never met any store clerk behaved so badly anywhere else. Store manage - if you read this, please do address the issue as I am sure we were not the only customer that she treated badly.

I went to this Walmart looking for a solution to fix a very minor cosmetic scrape which appeared on my car recently. After much deliberation, I settled on the Quixx System PRS Paint Scratch Remover, the most expensive option. As you can see from the photo I have attached IT DID NOT WORK.
