Went to drive through. The girl sounded like she was dying. Asked twice what I wanted and still got it wrong. When I got up to the window she was so pitiful. Sausage was burnt. Terrible.

I try not to leave bad reviews, but yeah, listen to the negative reviews here. Went to the drive through, so I can't say anything abt the restaurant itself, but the fries were really undercooked, and made me really nauseated. The staff was perfectly nice, but the food, not so much :(

The worst ever Fired me for absolutely no reason but the GM is the worst an the district manager is very racist towards certain staff the GM has a idgaf attitude an doesnt care about absolutely nobody but herself. they do employees very very wrong an they are wrong for alot of stuff but the still have a manager who racially profiles an employee an got beat up for it.. im telling you the GM an district manager are the absolute horrible worst an i was one of they best ones smh

Never in my life have I been mad over fast food...today that changed. It was such a bad service from the start. I order at the drive thru, asked for sometime to look at the menu (there was no one in the parking lot but me and imagine the workers), immediately I was asked again for my order by another worker who was rude. I asked again politely and then they asked again (this all happened within seconds) finally in a rush I order. And then I WAIT! And then the order wasn't complete, so I have to come back in, only for more rudeness. For a job that requires some hospitality there was absolutely none!

Unreliable. Drove here and they were closed two hours earlier than their posted hours.
Wouldn't allow 2 orders in 1 car because they were supposedly short staffed. However, when you got to the window there were 3 workers standing around. Food was wrong had to gave it redone. Very rude.

I went to Wendy’s on 12/26/23 at 5:30. I was the only person in the line on the inside of the restaurant. Not a single person urged to take my order. It’s like they didn’t care. A lady that didn’t seem like she didn’t want to take my order told another worker to take my order and he still didn’t even budge. I just left the store. This location is in dire need for new employees. It seems employees just do whatever they want.

I came to this Wendy's while out of town for the holidays. It was Christmas Eve. I ordered a biggie meal and it was a disaster. The burger and nuggets were not cooked all the way and the sandwich had a hard boat like piece of lettuce wedged on the side. It was the wildest thing I had ever seen. I went to get a refund and the manager did not even give me a full refund. The silly person who processed my original order never gave me a receipt but the manager knew the correct price. I will never go to that Wendy's again.

The counter is so dirty. Rude cashier. Staff look so unhappy and slow….. dirty floor… and no table is cleaned. Just go to the drive through… you will feel mach better without seeing how terrible it looks inside…
