The food got us sick. It tasted old. They over charged us and the cashier couldn't count change.

I give one star because it would not allow zero. Waited in a ridiculous line (one car ahead of me) took 10 full minutes to be the next car only to go up to place my order and the drive thru employee told me to hold on. Waited an ADDITIONAL 7 minutes to which I drove up to the window and stated his speaker MUST be broken, meanwhile I see two employees through the window on their cell phones, he said no it works our cook is just backed up....OK, great communication number 1, number 2 customer service is LOST. Lastly, no guidance from management I am assuming. Terrible. Will never go back, not that any employee there cares.

We did an online order and drive through pick up. The sandwiches were super greasy and came without the sauces that we had requested. Had oil oozing out with each bite. Almost felt like the chicken had been refried. We ordered a regular chicken sandwich and spicy sandwiches. Both came with just one or two slices of pickles and no difference in taste. The wings were just ok with sparing sauce coating. Never ordering from here again.

Staff are in the back open mouth coughing and sneezing uncovered and laughing about it. Also not coming up front to take your order even though there’s no one else in here. The whole place reeks too. It’s disgusting.

From the moment I walked in, reasons not to eat there kept stacking up. First, upon entry, there was an odor of rotten chicken mixed with bathroom. Next, the employees wore neither uniform nor apron, just slovenly street clothes and hoodies. The tables were all in some degree of unclean. The coup de grace, if you will, was the piece of old broccoli on my tray that they served my 10pc fingerz on. When I pointed it out, none from stack of trays were actually clean. So, I just asked for my money back and left.

All of the food was very very dry like it had been cooked yesterday and re heated. Wife ended up getting very sick. Staff was professional and friendly but that was the only positive. It was my first and last time going to a zaxby. Steer

Used to come here every so often to switch things up. Went there today, the lady on the speaker sounded like she'd rather dive head first into a wood chipper... "can't hear you..." "whhat." Interrupted me no less than 3 times and quite literally just read me my total out loud in the middle of me ordering. "I wasn't done ordering." "I heard you", then turned her back to me when I got to the window and told the manager that I was interrupting somehow by casually ordering LOL. Like a kid back talking to their parent. With so many options out there, why would I, or any of YOU, willingly pay to be disrespected by a snotty kid while getting lunch? Unbelievable. Can't believe this is the service you get in the Twin hickory location.. won't be back. Foods not nearly good enough to endure that BS..
