So we just went here and we traded beef for chicken and they did not follow trough they weren’t willing to make sweat tea and they didn’t give us the correct sauces do we didn’t get what we paid

I’m super disappointed, first time ordering Taco Bell through a delivery service and I just spent $22 dollars on 3 tacos supreme and Taco Bell couldn’t even have the decency to throw me any hot sauce.I just think it’s ridiculous that if you’re ordering through an app and there’s no questions about hot sauce that I’m responsible for asking for it. Why wouldn’t it just come with a few packets if there aren’t any prompts?As though I should have remembered to add comments asking for hot sauce.At the drive through window someone asks you if want hot sauce so you won’t forget it. I spend twice as much money on delivery and there’s no reminder or option. Such a waste of money and tacos and definitely won’t ever make the mistake of ordering delivery from here again.Maybe Taco Bell should realize that when people order their food through delivery, it’s really disappointing to not get that classic Taco Bell flavor, without hot sauce their tacos fall short.

Cashier Joshua took my order as I was rudely interrupted by another employee. He said next time I need to let them know that I’m placing a separate order in advance. When I got to the window and asked what the problem was. Joshua slid the window shut on me. Both employees have poor customer service skills. I myself work in hospitality and this type of behavior is unacceptable.
Ordered through the extremely slow website for the online only craving box deal and clicked for a large drink, was charged for a large drink, receipt shows a large drink and the employees gave me the biggest attitude when I tried showing them my receipt and practically threw my regular sized drink at me. the employees here need an attitude adjustment and should be glad i was having a good day even after leaving with less than what i paid for.
We came through for a meal for breakfast. We did not get our Cinnabons so we came back around , to be greeted by complete and total disrespect and attitude by the cashier Deshae. Accused us of having it in the bag when we pulled everything out for her and when she brought them out to us she shoved them at us.
