“I'm not sure the name of the man working on 1.29.2024 around 7:00 PM. I didn't notice how late it was getting, and I went through the drive-thru for a coffee. The man was very nice and he made my coffee SO GOOD!!! Like, the best coffee I've ever had from Dunkin. Service and quality is usually a hit or miss at this location, so I had stopped coming regularly, but I was so happy when I went today and the man was so nice and made such a yummy coffee, despite it almost being closing time. THANKYOU!“

“Simple amazing cozy restaurant! The shrimp and grits are easily the best I've had south of Louisiana. They give you hearty portions, the wait staff is sooo attentive and the food was great! It was definitely worth the hour wait this past Saturday.“

“Tried Sweet Beans for the first time today after someone brought chocolate covered strawberries from there. (Amazing) I then went to get some on my own. Service was top notch. Food was top of the line and got a chai latte that put Starbucks to shame. This is the spot for your coffee/tea needs, fruit arrangements and quick bites. 5 stars all day!“

I just had a canvas employee drive to my house in Williamsburg, to hand deliver 2 bags of coffee because the USPS took over 12 days to get my order to me. That's WAY above and beyond. Thanks guys!“

“This place understands our family. As a mom, I can come here with my kiddos, they can play for so long while I drink a relaxing cup of tea or coffee. They have cheese, fruit, and crackers or a hot plate variety for the kids, and I absolutely LOVE their protein balls that are made in house. I hope this place is here for a loooooong time :)“

Had got a glazed and a fried cinnamon roll because I didn’t see the glazed twist or glazed bow tie whichever way to say it makes you happy. But then I asked and they had them. We all gone die one day and if this glazed twist is the last taste I get before I go…..so be it.“

“Went here for the first time the other day and it is a very cute spot. Friendly and the coffee was good (not overly sweet, which was perfect with how I ordered my drink)! And best part .. the pastries.. ?? we had a Nutella filled, and my favorite was the quesito filled pastry and the guayaba filled pastry. The dough of the pastry was flaky but not dry. You could taste the hint of butter too. Yum !“

“I must say, my daughter introduced me to this coffee shop in Poquoson Virginia knowing that I am a starbucks fan all the way I must say now I found a new place. Hospitality was amazing. “Had an incredible lavender latte there a few weeks ago that I am still thinking about (I asked for a Florist without the honey). Both the lavender simple and espresso used tasted a notch above average. A perfect latte, made with care by nice baristas!“

“Had to be in the area for appointments throughout the day and needed to find places to work in between. 1st stop was Guilty Pleasure. I tried a Caramel latte, which was delicious. Very small shop with great coffee options. It was not the best atmosphere to take meetings because of the background noise, but otherwise, I was comfortable working there. The little outside terrace is also super cute.“

“I recently went here and I would give it a 4/5 stars. Their Rueben sandwich is so good, it was $14 for a sandwich (kind of expensive IMO), but I would order it again. Their coffee was decent, it wasn't my favorite ever but it was good. Would go back again.“

“This location is in HarrisTeeter in the front of the store but fairly well separated to give the traditional Starbucks feel. A friend and myself have met for coffee here a few times now. Each time the service was quick and the order done perfectly.The downside is it is small. We've seen the line grow quite long very quickly because they keep only one register open, which is adequate most of the time. They have little room to work which looks like it would make it difficult for two people to be making different beverages simultaneously.“

“Talk about a gem, this place is amazing. Love the ambiance of it all. The beers were amazing and the burgers!…I mean the burgers were delicious, plan to go back and try every single option they have and don’t be me started on the loaded potato barrels (not pictured) we order 10 and no shame we eat them all. Next time I do plan to try the flights of bourbon!!!! Go try this place out.“

“The first thing to understand is this is a hole in the wall It's an addition to a spa it seems Which really sets the tone for how you are treated, the atmosphere, and the food. Our service was excellent, the food was fresh, fast and good, and the coffee I had was well brewed and blended. Knowing what you're walking into you can appreciate how it is an extension of pampering that the spa offers, and works well as a stand alone. I would recommend a visit if you want to fully treat yourself.“

“Service was good, they were helpful with explaining some things on the menu. It's nice and clean inside as well. My large matcha boba costed almost $9 which I did not think was worth. It was also really chalky. Satisfied my boba craving but will probably try something different next time.“

“I ordered through DoorDash. The food was AMAZING!! I got the S’mores Latte, the Reuben Sandwich, and the chicken tenders with fries. The next time I get food from here, I’m going to sit inside. I’m sure the atmosphere and service would match the great food! We live in Hampton so it took awhile for the food to get here, but everything was packed nicely and the food was still mildly hot when we got it!! That was the best Reuben sandwich I had in a long time!! The chicken tenders were nice and crusty on the outside, and tender on the inside. The hand-cut fries were delicious!! The S’mores Latte tasted awesome, but I know it would’ve tasted more like s’mores if I would’ve gotten it at the actually facility. I would recommend going here 100%.“

“We’ve lived here 20 years and have never stopped to eat here! We enjoyed the food, had the Brussel Sprout appetizer(huge), the Pork Belly Bowl and the Chicken Salad croissant. All was very good, I would have preferred my sandwich on bread rather than the very buttery croissant. If I have it again, I will request that. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is good. ? We’ll be back. ?“

“Walked in and everyone greeted me smiling!!! Smelled good. Wasnt too busy but i think drive thru had some orders. Well stocked and was clean, along with the restrooms seemed to be just scrubbed.First off the woman at the register helped me pick something different to get- I tried macadamia nut mixed white mocha in my iced coffee it was sooooo good btw. We had a genuine conversation and we were laughing and I felt like I was talking to someone I've known for a while when in reality I've never even met this person til today. I didnt even get her name but she was great and just seemed happy. I sat and used my phone for about 15 minutes and they were addressing all thr customers by name and had such great customer service. I was really Impressed.I am just passing thru visiting some family due to a loss in the family in Hampton but I'm glad I came to this Starbucks. “Great coffee and some of the best service you can get. This is the only reason to go to Patrick Henry Mall.And to the people complaining about getting talked to because they are touching the mugs, I don’t blame her. They have to be protective as they are trying to make coffee and make sure items don’t get broken/stolen at the same time. As my parents always told me you look with your eyes, not your hands.“

“This is located on the Yorktown Coast Guard Training Facility. It is located on the 1st floor of Steuben Hall. The hours are limited. There is a café very similar to a Starbucks. There are several couches and a library with several books. There is some outside seating and the space inside is very relaxing. I would recommend this for anyone on base wanting a coffee or tea drink or just a place to relax.“

“Every time I visit my daughter in Kiln Creek, I go to THIS Starbucks every day. The baristas are all professional and friendly, and I love to watch them as they do what they do because they make it look so easy, and I know it's not. That's how God they are. “I come to this Starbucks somewhat regularly, like once a week or two. They are always quick with their orders and super friendly. Today a tragedy happened. I dropped my entire trenta iced coffee right outside the front door. I went inside to ask what I can use to clean it up because I didn’t want people stepping in it and tracking it inside. Not only did the people working say they’d take care of it but they remade my drink for me! I didn’t expect them to or even ask because it was my fault for being clumsy. They were so kind and truly made my day. Thank you so much!“
