Can't beat this place stays open? Just left there after pulling up and waiting over 15 minutes for what I thought would be fresh hot food the fries were cold and hard. I also had to ask for straws. The employees all looked unhappy and were nasty and never once thanked me for my business. Unbelievable!

It's a Hardee's, food is usually pretty good, although my burger was a bit smashed looking, service is a little slow, but that is every Hardee's.

This place is a Grafton icon.The building is at least 30 years old, but it's still in good condition, and has been well taken care of.Everything's relatively clean, the service is ok, and the food is great. Plus Hardee's has new crinkle fries that are really good.Only negative was we practically had to lift our legs up for the guy mopping the floor lol...........lot's of invasion of space lol.

This place makes a great breakfast. Everything on the menu is good in the morning. Now the service is fast and they dont mess up, but you aint gonna get your day started with no smile from here, thats for darn sure. They will make you feel stupid and slow and scared to even open your mouth. Thats why the place is so quiet. If you go inside its usually empty, or its got one old couple quietly eating their food and so scared to make a peep you can see them shake as they are trembling with fear. Fear from the wrath of the one lady who does it all. She takes outdoor orders, indoor orders, expadites food, runs 2 drawers, gets drinks, and still somehow can find time to make you feel stupid and intimidate the elderly. Overall......its a good place to get breakfast, just dont bring your girl unless you dont want her to respect you as a man anymore.

Drive-thru service is pretty reliable, food is OK, not gourmet....but most of the time chocolate shakes ARE available - none of the nonsense about "our machine is broken."

If I could give no stars I would. The employee taking our order was rude and gave so much attitude when we tried to correct the order that she mistakenly put. We weren't mean about it but just trying to correct the order. If you want costumer service don't come here.
The food isn't the same, the lettuce was basically the end as was the tomatoes you can clearly see the pit from the first cut still attached. I know they wouldn't eat that themselves so why serve it.

Drive-thru on way going back home (MD). Ordered an egg & bacon biscuit. It was served fast & with no problem from the friendly cashier. Food was hot & delicious. This wasn't my first time here...the same good service then as it was yesterday.

4 out the last 4 times I had to wait out front for food. Today couldn't even order unless I came inside. Not sure who is running the place, but they need to go.

Went through the drivethru speaker didn't work, dried to tell the lady at the window but she ignored me and told me to pull around and wait, didn't have to wait long. Burger came out was cold like it's been sitting for over an hour and greasy. Thought it would've been fresh being nobody was in the drive thru. Went to return the burger within a few minutes of ordering it and an employee tried arguing with me why it's cold. Very disappointing since a few years back they use to have good employees/food and it's probably a health risk if they're letting food come out that's been sitting like that.
