I ordered food to be delivered. The order was promptly made and quickly arrived. The fries are cooked perfectly, not a fan of the ranch at all. The burger was great with fresh ingredients. I wish there was more of a description of the food in the app because I didn’t know it came with tomatoes. The mozzarella sticks are crispy and fat with cheese! Not a fan of the marina sauce, a bit too watery for me. Next time I will try their pizza.

An old bk now an Italian place with a drive thru? Don't judge a book by its cover. So the staff was great. They were busy and we waited for nothing. And when they brought our food it was great! Def stop in and try!

I have been a customer of the Grafton location (Vinny's #2) for a number of years. The service and waitstaff continues to be top notch. The food however has taken a noticeable slide in quality over the last half year. This past Thursday I ordered a large cheese pizza. There was so much cheese that it didn't melt. It was a half congealed mess. I had a floppy, sloppy inedible pizza that I ended up throwing away. It is sad how bad the food has become. I always thought of Vinnys as a quality local pizza with good value. Now, I'm not sure I will be going back...

First time eating at any of the Vinny's, and the last. Paid $5.50 for a bowl of Pasta Fagioli Soup. Got a bowl of pinto bean vegetable soup without pasta, which obviously, is the first word of the soup. I questioned the hostess, then the server came to the table, as to why no pasta? The hostess said that was how they serve it, the server, not hearing this, said "there was no pasta?". She took the bowl that I had decided against finishing, and I told her I did not want anymore. Our daughter overheard her and other staff deciding if it should come off the bill. When we got the check, it was still on there. That was the deciding moment for me. Watered down, salty, pinto bean celery, tomato "soup", clearly not Pasta Fagioli, for $5.50. So we won't be back. Here is a picture of Pasta Fagioli Soup, and what Vinny's serves, should not carry that name. My cheese slice (that I asked for mushrooms) was a thin slice out of the window with a handful of mushrooms and some cheese thrown on top. The mushrooms were not placed, but in a little pile. The crust tasted burnt and charcoal-like. We spent $65.00 + $10 tip, because the server was fine, Zucchini sticks and onion rings frozen from a bag, wings okay, Hawaiian pizza better then the cheese slice. Yes, $5.50 for principle is why we won't be back or recommend to friends. We are local.

Everything was great! Quiet atmosphere. It was Monday. Very good food and attentive service. The staff was very nice. The large calzone and half order of knots were big enough for 4 meals.
Went to Vinny's a few weeks ago for first time. Food was good and service was great. Price was a little high for the quality of food.Went back this past week to try specialty pizza. We ordered steak pizza that state steak. Peppers, onions and cheese. Salad greens were not crisp and chopped so small I couldn't pick it up with fork. The steak pizza was a paid pizza with a few peppers, a little cheese and well over a pound of ground meat. I did not detect any sauce and not enough cheese to taste either ingredient. It tasted like a hamburger casserole. We could not even finish one piece and took the rest home and gave it to someone who didn't have much food. She said it had so much meat she made 4 meals from it.Total cost for pizza, 2 salads and one drink was $48. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
