So slow and they seem to not really care. Too more than 35 minutes between ordering to getting it.

This store gets 1 star only because there is no option for 0 stars. The employees are beyond rude, aggressive and downright threatening. I was lied to about the status of my order and have never been so badly treated before. If you want pizza, don't waste your money at this store. I will never be ordering from here again. If this is how they run locations, I don't this this company will ever get my business again. Stay away from this place!

We ordered 12 pizzas for pickup today at 11:15am. My mom came to pick them up and apparently the power went out so the store could not cook the pizzas. We did not get a phone call to let us know of the issue. I guess there’s no backup generator. The store told her they would send the order to the Tysons Dominos and my mom drove there. Later I got a phone call from a Dominos and they left a voicemail asking me to call. I noticed the voicemail about 10 minutes later since we were hosting a party and I wasn’t glued to my phone. I stepped away from the party to call the store back. There was a phone tree to reach a person, then I was put on hold. I learned then that they knew we wanted 12 pizzas, but they didn’t have any of the order details so they could not get started cooking them. I asked to confirm their address and they provided a Maple Avenue location in Vienna (not the Tysons location where my mom went). I took a screenshot of my email confirmation and sent it via text message to the Maple Ave location (since I wasn’t about to read off the details of each pizza over the phone). 55 minutes after the scheduled pickup and three locations later, my mom had our order and headed to our party where hungry people were waiting.Additionally, the pizzas were prepaid online, but they made my mom pay when she picked them up (I assume my credit card will be refunded). She was also charged more in Vienna than for our original order which is frustrating, but probably not worth my time to try and chase down the difference…So we ordered pizza for the convenience, but this experience was far from convenient. No apology/courtesy discount or offer to deliver our order.

I’d give 0 stars if I could, I watched an employee stop prepping dough wipe his hands on his apron open a delivery bag hand me my food and then go back to handling the dough. I work as a kitchen manager and that is nasty. I would fire a cook for this. I didn’t eat the food just tossed it in the trash. If they’re comfortable enough to do this in front of a guest who knows what they do when no one is looking.

Great pizza, as always, and very friendly staff! A great location and we'll be adding this to our dinner rotation.

Sunday night pizza fix. Ordering was easy. Pizza was ready when they said it would be ready. Reasonably priced (get coupons from website before ordering). And tasted good.

Domino's quality has gone down significantly over the years as the price has increased.Topping consistency is never the same. There are much better pizza places around at a cheaper price.

Wow ok so we placed order that wasn’t even getting ready half hour after placing. That’s ok we understand that Friday is busy but to be disrespectful on the phone is a whole another story. So disappointed! we are not people who would make a big deal but we are not ok with disrespect for no reason. I am sorry we called to check on our order but to be cut off and be told “before you get attitude” which we couldn’t because we were not even able to talk!!!

The new Great Falls store is finally open! My family has been ordering from the previous location on Georgetown Pike since I was 10 years old & literally 30 years later I'm still ordering from them!!It's been months of waiting but now the new store on Seneca is finally open & I am happy to have my Domino's back! Cory & everyone there is really good to me. Evan the new manager got my pizza right on the first try-I'm very picky & it was just the way I like it today so these guys don't get 5 stars they get 10!I can't say enough good things about this location! Thank you to everyone there.

The guy who was in charge was saying all thin Crist pizzas are like this and we can't help with that. Also he has as not friendly. So very much disappointed don't recommend that location at all.
