I ordered the bourbon Street Chicken and shrimp. The Chicken wasn't done. The waiter took the chicken back and stated that he was going to bring me a whole new plate plus some broccoli, I said ok, no problem. 20mins went by still no food. My husband had finished eating and I still didn't have my food. The waiter comes to our Table after 30mins with the receipt. I haven't gotten my food. He apologized goes to the back and bring out a plate with a piece of grilled chicken with some bourbon season on it, some mash potatoes and some cold broccoli. I asked, what is this? This is not what I ordered which was the bourbon chicken and shrimp. You can take this off of my ticket. It wasn't the waiters fought. The food was awful.

I can't even give any stars, never had a chance to sit down to eat or even have a drink. There was a 1 hour wait time, why? Every time I go to this restaurant it's always something.
First time going there in about 4 years was very pleased I had a good experience this time hope it be the same way the next

I haven't been to Applebee's in 25 years. My sweetie wanted to take me to enjoy their recent "all you can eat" shrimp. Unfortunately we missed it by a month. However we still ate well. I have to mention how deeelicious the Quesadilla Burger was.Yum and Yum!My fiance had the Neighborhood burger. He also enjoyed that. Our server was adorable and very attentive. Good job Applebee's.
