Expect nothing less than a wild ride. Upon sitting down the leg on the chair collapsed, the owner took notice and shrugged. My friend and I ordered the Sammich of the day but both ended up with entirely different selections. Consistency seems to be an area of improvement as well as a recent food health inspection. Despite it's shortcomings these sammiches pack a punch and leave a taste that lasts the entire day.

Charismatic owner, lackluster options... Making a sandwich is an art, and though Big Johnson's Little Sammiches makes (what appear) to be well crafted, artisan delicacies, I cannot help but be bothered by the place's inability to accommodate to dietary restrictions and allergies. Not only is a 'gluten-free' option unavailable, but when asked, the owner replied with "we do have that! Did you check the menu?" only to have outright lied to me... gluten free options are NOT available... Additionally, you cannot PICK what sandwich you want, instead, the sandwiches are prepared behind closed doors only for them to appear on a platter for selection. You can never guess what will be on the sandwich.

Passed out sometime over the weekend after a day long binge and woke up here, really not sure why the glass looked the way it did but at least there wasn't any in the sandwich I pre-ordered the week before. The frozen mayo, although off-putting at first, is a game changer in this industry. Accompanied with the spicy lettuce-banana wrap, (that is dry aged for a week prior, hence the pre-order) cannot be beat for the money. My 8-yo nephew loves the ballpit adjacent to the kitchen, not sure if it is still in operation due to COVID-18 tho. 10/10 would host my nieces' Quinceañera here again. Thanks again Big J

Big Johnson was a little rough on us, he came out wading through the debris on the floor and slam dunked our Sammiches on the table. Slightly concerned for safety with all the glass he broke. You can't beat the Sammiches though, one of a kind. You eat one and you HAVE to have another.

The Best Sandwiches. I have been a lot of places. I have been to all the sandwich shops there ever was and ever will be and this Sandwich Shop is the best. They had bread. They had ham. They had good ham, some very smart people would say they had the best ham. I am a very smart person and I would say they have the most American Ham and we all know America is the best. These sandwiches are the best, most patriotic sandwiches you will ever have.
