Rode here on a Sunday from Suffolk. Site says they close at 9pm I got there at 5:20 and as I was walking through the door they said they was closed. What a waste of my time but by the reviews I guess they saved me money for closing early. Thank you reviews. Never coming back here.

Boston market has gone way down hill. Ordered 2 meatloaf meals, they were out of meatloaf so we subbed for turkey. For $12 each, we got a stale dinner roll instead of the cornbread we ordered, dried out turkey, dry mashed potatoes that looked and tasted like instant mashed potatoes, corn that was not the sweet corn we ordered, and a very tiny cup of gravy. The packaging is totally different and the portions are half of what they were. Not worth $12 for such a disappointing meal. I really loved Boston market and hope they listen to all the other reviews showing their disappointment as well.

Needed help and updating of building. Draw in you customers. Manager was great and staff friendly. They were limited in food and staff but they continued to smile and give awesome service. That is why I would go back....just to support.

What a waste of time and money ordering food from this place.The dressing was like rubber, the yams should be called yam soup. The chicken taste like it was four days old. Boston Market used to have quality food. What happen? Will never go there again!!!Place need to be torn down!!!!

Ugh! What a bummer!! I love Boston Market but this location should be closed! Firstly, the menu board in the drive thru line is out of commission. Also there was one car ahead of me and while I waited on line no other car pulled in behind me. I should have took that as a sign.I ordered a half chicken, mashed, creamed spinach and steamed veggies. I was skeptical when I ordered…I was so disappointed with this normally delicious meal. Chicken was puny and DRY. Mashed, clearly artificial. Fresh steamed veggies, veg medley out of a can. And no cornbread but a pathetic dinner roll. It went in the trash, where it belonged! Just close this place, it’s a terrible representation of Boston Market!!

I should’ve went to Chik Fil A.This place deserves zero stars. Chicken was dry,overcooked, and disguting,mashed potatoes and gravy tasted as bad as hospital food, the Mac n cheese was mushy and soupy. There was no cornbread, out of meatloaf, and no brocoli.I will never eat here again, but I should’ve know better since this is Hampton.

First of all, I never leave reviews. We walked in the door, very unkept establishment, and we are greeted with someone yelling all the food they do not have. The cookers were empty, the serving warmers were 1/2 empty. The staff was quiet and unfriendly, all due to a hostile management situation. I witnessed the mgr yelling at the young lady who waited on us. I would be ashamed if I were the mgr of this store, pathetic job! Way to beat down your staff, in front of customers especially. I wouldn’t stay a day! The chicken was good, sides were ok. Service, very uncomfortable. You could tell how unhappy they were. SAD

Quality of food has gone way down over the last 10-15 years. Mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes used to taste really good....now, they barely taste as good as boxed flake spuds. No turkey meat anymore, chicken meat must be from very skinny chickens, and meatloaf is VERY overpriced. Too bad.Everything in this restaurant is way over priced for the quality.

I grew up going to Boston Market and have gone there for many years for their great tasting food. In the past few years, this restaurant has declined more and more. It used to be the unprofessional staff but now the food is just awful. The past 2 times that I have gone there, the rotisserie chicken has been very dry and tasteless. They never have all of their listed sides and only have 2 options for fountain drinks. One of the drinks came from a 3 liter bottle. It’s disappointing that one of my favorite restaurants is now one that I will no longer go to.
This experience was BEYOND horrible. I went to pick up food for my grandmother. When I arrived they said they didn’t have my order. I patiently waited while the young lady behind the counter cursed at another older lady that was waiting. I finally got my food after going back and fourth explaining my order, showing my confirmation number and her telling me I didn’t place an order even though I showed her the confirmation number with the address to this locations. The sweet potatoes were so watery that they were literally splashing out of the Styrofoam box. Then I walk outside and an employee who was coming in was literally in a screaming match with a man outside cursing at each other and at one point the guy who didn’t work there walked over and spit on the employee car. I was beyond baffled at the whole experience! Like in literal shock.

This restaurant has gone to the dogs! The chicken no longer is fresh. It looks as if it has been sitting in a container for at least 6 hours. Even the color of the rotisserie chicken skin looks different and it's no longer plump and juicy... looks anorexic! The sides that are kept behind glass did not look fresh. Honestly, It was a WASTE of money! I would no longer be patronizing this restaurant... No Thank you!

The utensils in the food should be changed out more often instead of slinging old food off them into the trash can then inserting them back into fresh food.
